Parasite removal

So I had a dream that there was a large, parasitic larva in my leg that was slowly eating my leg muscle-and when I woke up, there was pain in that exact spot. So I've decided to draw Queen after getting the larva removed because it's what I wished would've happened because I woke up before I could get it removed-
