After a long day of moving and unpacking from Minnesota to LA, April wakes up and checks the time and realizes she is almost late for work. April is your typical teenage girl. She is 16 years old, has blonde hair, loves to play games, likes to play basketball at the park, and loves listening to music. She is about 5 feet 6 inches.
April is getting ready and is headed to FROZEN YOGURT. As she was in her car she heard and saw that there were two teenagers filming.
¨Hi guys, we're back and for this weeks video....¨ said both of them at the same time. April didn't want to get distracted by people that looked cute on her first day of work. She parked her car and went into FROZEN YOGURT.
There have been a couple of customers but now the place was empty. It is now 11:15 p.m. when all of a sudden she thought she heard those teenagers who were a couple of blocks down the street. Both of them were talking to a camera held out in front of them. April noticed that they were right outside the building with one of them saying... ¨Alright so the last one on the list...¨ April tried so hard NOT to eavesdrop on what they were saying but what was she supposed to do. No one was in the store (for right now) and no phones while working, so she decided to restock cups.
April finished restocking cups and checked the time on her phone. It showed 11:19 p.m. and those two were still outside, saying, ¨Alright so let's go inside and hopefully this will work and let's see what happens.¨ At this point, April noticed they were walking into the place she worked at and was now really nervous for what will happen in the next 10 minutes.
April noticed when they turned to walk in that they looked like twins. She couldn't believe what her own eyes were seeing. She couldn't get over the fact that it was her first day in California and she might already have feelings for twin brothers (if that is what they are).
It's pretty clear that April could be any ordinary girl. She has a hard time sometimes admitting things to herself and to others that have a lot of emotions or meaning to her. But also with the feelings for hot guys. When they walked in anyone could tell that there was a lot of tension between the three of them. The first one April saw she about fainted because of his smooth, soft, honey-colored skin, his outfit, which consisted of a black beanie, a pretty blue tank top, with black jeans with holes in them, and NIKE shoes. April was already head over heels for this guy and she doesn't even know his name! Then to top things off the other guy wore a gray beanie,black and white flannel shirt, black shorts, and NIKE shoes. Now, this guy had lighter but still smooth, soft, and silky skin.
It was hard not to notice both of their biceps and how strong they looked. The first one that walked in appeared to look younger, but more mature, and stronger. They both had brown hair and different colored ends in the front. They had really defined jaw lines. She may never see these two again and they both may be in a relationship with someone else. April was so nervous she had 1 MILLION butterflies in her stomach. She thought that both of them were out of her league by far. Just a little piece of how April is feeling about this all happening so fast.
Anyways, as they walked towards the cups, the first one to walk in smiled and said, ¨Hi¨. When he smiled he had the straightest teeth April has ever seen. His smile really brightened her day.
But the second one who had the camera smiled, waved, and said, ¨Hi¨. Now his smile was unbelievable because he had a nice smile as well.
April managed to find the word and courage to say, ¨Hi¨ back to both of them and smiled. As the guys continued to get their cups April turned so her back was to them and bit her nail and smiled. She turned back and tried to be discreet about looking at them.
FROZEN YOGURT worked like a buffet, you start at one side and work your way to the other side, so the cups were on the other side of the building, then the first one to walk in got Cookies and Cream with Vanilla Bean while the other one got Chocolate and Triple Chocolate. Next, toppings, the first one got Kit-Kat, Snickers, and Butterfinger Bits. With Chocolate and Caramel syrup. While the second one got gummy bears, worms, and snakes. Also crushed M&M's, Kit-Kat Bits, and Caramel syrup. They started walking toward April and both of them smiled at her and set their cups on the scale. April looked down, bit her lip, smiled, and chuckled.
Now, keep in mind that they are still filming all of this and April still doesn't know what they are doing with the camera or why they are recording this. The second one to walk in smiled and said, ¨Hi, I'm Ethan, and this is my twin brother Grayson.¨
April said, ¨Hi, I'm April and it's nice to meet both of you.¨ She smiled and tried to be as confident as possible when all she wanted to do was jump around in circles and scream in excitement to talking to two hot guys.
April said, ¨Your total is $8.47.¨ She smiled. Ethan pulled out his wallet, but so did Grayson.
Ethan pulled out a $10 bill and said, ¨Hey Grayson, I got this.¨
Grayson said, ¨You sure¨?
Ethan said, ¨Yeah¨ and handed April the money, and when Ethan gave April his money, their fingertips touched and they both looked at each other like they were frozen for 3 seconds until April snapped out of it and got change and was ready to look into Ethan's pretty, deep, and soft hazel brown eyes but instead was shocked to see Grayson smiling and looking at April. She didn't think anything of it and gave Grayson the change now touching Grayson's smooth, soft, and honey colored palm. They both acted frozen for 3 seconds.
Until Ethan interrupted saying, ¨Thank you April, my brother and I are actually making a YouTube video and we have a list of 10 things to do in 4 hours and the reason why we are here and talking to you is.... is... Gray..¨
Grayson then said, ¨ We are here because we need a person's phone number who is pretty and is working. We thought that you would be a good match because well, you are pretty, working, and we come here every Tuesday. So may we please have your number¨?
April said, ¨Oh¨. She laughed. Grayson then tried to make his move or so it had seemed. He pulled out his phone, waiting for April's response. April said, ¨ Sure you can have my phone number, but only if all of us can hang out later.¨
At the same time, Ethan and Grayson looked at each other and then said with no question, ¨Deal¨.
So April gave Ethan and Grayson her number. They laughed, looked at each other, and said, ¨Thank you, talk to you later and see you later maybe¨.
April said,¨Yeah no problem.¨
They left, while new people came in. April wanted to tell her best friend back from Minnesota what all just happened and how she feels. She felt so anxious, excited, nervous, and jumpy until she saw them next time. April was curious if she got any texts from Ethan or Grayson. At that time she didn't but then at 1:15 p.m. April saw a notification saying that a number had texted her. She looked at the message that made her get tingly all over. It read, ¨Hi April this is Grayson. The guy that came in like 2 minutes ago. I wanted to be the first to say hi to you before my brother did. See you soon... I hope. Maybe we all can hang out tonight once you get off of work? Let me know.¨
April smiled not knowing that Grayson was right outside the door watching her reaction and he smiled himself. Grayson yelled to Ethan, ¨Ethan, I have the perfect idea!"
