Chapter 9 - Traitor

A/N: By the way, I changed a little bit of Chapter 5: Present. I changed it to fit this part. I only changed the dream sequence Kyle goes through in the story of it. If you want to reread it, go right ahead. If not...I guess I can't tell you what to do.

Ella walks in front of White, her hands tied behind her back. Despite White telling her that he tied them loosely, they still rub against her skin giving her rope burns. Well, to give him credit, he has to tie them somewhat tightly to make the tie convincing. After all, he's supposed to be underneath the mind control potion Autumn gave him.

And to give him more credit, he did it with one hand.

"Just remember," White mutters so only Ella can hear him, "Try to use your magic with those ropes, and you'll be zapped so hard you'll never want to use magic again. Don't try it. I guarantee you that it happens. I've seen it."

Ella nods slightly so only White can pick it up. After a while of more walking down a combination of hallways and stairways, White gently pushes Ella towards a room to find Autumn inside. She looks like she's preparing to fight in a war. White knocks on the door, getting her attention.

Autumn gives one glance to then look back down, "We don't have much time. Andy just left to go help them. We have to be on his tail in order to find them."

"How do you know he's doing that?" White asks her, "If I was going out there, maybe. But that boy couldn't find his way in these woods even if he tried."

Autumn takes a mere second to pause, "I...I just have a feeling. I know you two are against the master and all, but I'm not. And I am going to get those two back here if it kills me."

"Lay a finger on Luna, and it will," White sighs, "You know master doesn't want her to be hurt."

Autumn bangs against the table, "I'm aware, Rainn! I'm aware the master babies that girl! That's why she is able to get away with everything that she's doing!"

"Rainn?" Ella quietly asks to get a glare from Autumn.

Autumn snaps at her, "Don't speak! You're under my control now, and you're going to listen to every word I say! Either make this easy for yourself or make it harder. Your choice."

"Do you still need me here, or...?" White gestures to Ella, "I brought her to you. That's all I had to do."

Autumn smiles and nods at White, "Yes, you've done beautifully. Although, I would really like it if you could open a couple of cells for me? That'll be nice."

White nods, "Will do."

Autumn points a finger at his face, "And I'm well aware of which cell you broke. I'm not as dumb as my brother."

"So you and White are related?" I ask her, "That's why you'd have the same last name?"

Luna nods, "He's my brother. A couple of years older than me."

"How has he never popped up before?" I ask her, "I mean, you'd think you'd talk about your own brother more often."
