Sooooo I skipped over alot of things.......... sorry. But I hope this chapter is interesting!
So Ed, Alphonse, Winry and I were headed to Dublith......I shivered. Teacher was gonna kill us....I should start my prayers. Winry head luckily wanted to stop in Rush Valley, anything to delay or deaths. But Ed had to get his watch stolen by this girl. So we were chasing her right now.
"Give that back!"Ed yelled. She turned around, sticking her tongue out. I have a silent laugh and continued. Al and I had an idea to trap her.... but she managed to break free.... until Winry had caught her, asking questions.
So here we are, inside a house with a pregnant lady, her husband, Paninya,and Dominic, Winry's new idol. He's kind of a grumpy old man, but he's nice. I'm scared off pregnancy. Its unexpected and frightening, giving life to another person. What if I messed up? What if something that's happened to me affects my child's life. Bahh.. my head hurts just thinking about it. I messed up my hair, pushing my hand through it. A baby?!
"Hey, what's stressing you out?" Dominic asked. He was working on something and I just wandered behind him.
'Pregnancy'I wrote.
He smirked. "You don't have to worry about that for a while... I'm sure your brothers will be very protective of you."
I laughed silently. He looked at me for a second.
".... why don't you talk?"He asked.
I panicked. ' I save my vocal chords for singing'
"... you can't talk, huh?"he asked bluntly. I shook my head.
"I see...." he looked like he was going to say more, but Paninya then came in, saying lunch was ready.
All was good.............. until he baby came along. I guess he wanted to meet his mom now.
But, it decided to rain and right now, I'm trembling, I don't know what to do along with Ed and Al.
"Paninya, Eli, I need your help."Winry said.
We went inside the room, and Paninya was told to get the towel ready and I would help to calm the mom.... but she got jumpy and we switched.
"Alright.....I'll need you to push....!" Winry told her.
"Mmmmm-AAAAHHHH!"she screamed.
My body felt numb. She pushed out the bloody baby and Winry and I wiped it off with the towel, taking the blood off. Her was crying the whole time, and so was I. Paninya went on a rant on how much blood it was, and truthfully, there was.... but a baby was born! A little baby boy........ is that how we were born? I was about to go ask Ed How babies were born when I overheard him and Winry........the watch and how he wrote the date in it................I turned back, walking silently away. I had bumped into Al on the way.
"Eli?"he asked. I shook my head abd pointed to the bathroom. Walking inside.......I vomited. Yeah, all that blood and guts took a toll. Vomiting again, I saw something I didn't want to.
Blood.
Blood from me.
There was a knock on the door.
"Eli? You okay?" It was Winry. I quickly Flushed, washing it my mouth and hands, opening the door.
"Oh, the delivery scared you too, huh?"she asked. I nodded as we walked back to the docter who was giving the baby a checkup.
I was scared. Why was....... why blood? Was it a side effect? I never did it before......
"Kid."Dominic said to us. He thanked us, but that didn't give Winry the permission to become his apprentice.
