We've established that Elsa is the daughter of Kinney, goddess of snow, but Anna doesn't really fit that. I would guess Anna would be the adopted daughter of Hestia, goddess of family and the hearth.
It fits Anna because she went through a blizzard to find the only family she had left and she would sacrifice everything for Elsa. The red hair fits too.
