Half the night I laid awake thinking of Lana and her unusual behavior.

I couldn't believe any of this it was like a bad dream or something, I thought of her until I drifted too sleep.

I was woken up in the morning to the sound of my alarm.

I quickly sat up and pressed the "I'm awake" button on my phone. I went into Lana's room to wake her up. I opened the pink door to her room and I stumbled back when I saw Lana standing right in front of the door.

"How long have you been there?" I said shockingly.

"As long as I've been up I guess." She shrugged her shoulders.

I picked her up, still confused but I didn't show it I carried her down stairs and made her some eggs. French toast was her favorite but we didn't have time for that.

"How would you like to go some where fun!" I said as excitably as I could.

"Yeah." She responded and pushed her eggs forward, signaling she didn't want them anymore.

"Okay, let's get you dressed." I told her as I scooped her up and glanced at the time.

I gasped when I saw it was 8:30 and I began fishing to get her ready. I threw a pink shirt that said little sister on it and a pair of pink and grey leggings with a grey tutu and I quickly put her long thick black hair in pigtails and stuck a pink bow in her left pigtail before running too my room and putting on a teal dress, brown boots and a brown over cover.

I grabbed Lana and then my keys, rushing too the car. I buckled her in and began to start the car.

"Sissy, what's a psycho-try-assist?" Lana suddenly asked out of nowhere.

I stopped in my tracks when I realized she knew where we were going.

"Honey, how did you know where we're going?" I asked as I turned away from the steering wheel and faced towards her.

"My friends told me that I was gonna see a psycho-try-assist and that they were bad." She said as she nodded at me with a serious face.

"No there not bad, he's very nice and he's gonna just ask you a few things. And after we'll go too aunt Linda's!" I told her as I smiled, trying to get her too feel better about it all.

"See I told you guys that he had to be nice!" Lana scoffed as she looked at the ground.

"Okay, well let's get going." My eyes widened at the thought of her friends. I nodded my head up and down at Lana and turned too start the car.

I pulled out of the driveway and began to drive too Mr. Jangly's physician. It was odd, most the time when I took Lana anywhere she would blab on about everything. Today she just hummed. She hummed a song that I have never heard before. I figured that she had learned the song from my aunt so I brushed it off.

How could she know about the psychiatrist? How? She was upstairs asleep. She couldn't of possibly heard me.

Everything has been different since I got her from my aunts. She was different. My aunt was different. I needed to go see her but I was dreading doing it. She did help my sister when I couldn't. But she was different. I don't know why, or how they both are different but it's like a darkness has started to consume them. I'm scared for them. They just are so depressed. Is what I thought at the time.
