My nike banged violently against the ground while the lungs were trying to get as much oxygen as possible. This was typical, in a normal morning, no? I reached the school, leaning on my knees. I adjusted my breath, going through the big door. I slammed a slalom between boys, nerd, cheerlader, and girls afraid of their own shadow, looking for a curly head.
"Please!" I heard my name from the school's most hateful voice.
-Thomas.- I interrupt my search for that cretin, manners the book of prophets. Thoms was in the list of 'Most Wanted High School Boys'. He ran after me for a couple of months, but I was not interested in him. I had agreed to go out with him for one night, but after hearing his breath, seeing dandruff invade her hair and many other things .. Well, it was not a success. There was also to be said that it was almost two feet high, so I, one meter and sixty in irony, I should have taken a ladder to kiss him. What's unlikely, given the nauseating mixture of onions, peppers and garlic coming out of his mouth. Yet it was fifth, if I'm not mistaken. I do not want to know the way I get that place, it's traumatizing.
"Say, I was wondering if you were going to spend an afternoon with me tomorrow, I have two tickets for a concert not far from here." He suggested, looking up from me. I wonder what was his height, I say that precise. Including centimeters and millimeters.
"Get the question, but how tall are you?" I opened a small parenthesis.
"One meter and eighty." She said, confused. The two meters approached, however. -How do you go then?
"You're very kind, really. But here, I can not." I began to think of an excuse, not to make me unprepared.
"Should I wait for her, and why?" He asked bitterly.
"Um, tomorrow I have to go with Ellie to see for some things." I said vaguely.
"What?" He insisted.
"Say, it's women," I said impatiently. "I have to go, hello Thomas!" I turned and ran away.
-Amanda! - I heard my name, for the second time in a few minutes.
"Do you have anything with me?" I snapped, turning around. Blond and rebellious hair were held together by a red bandana. The pettorals were hidden by a wide and black tanker, while the tight jeans banded his legs. As soon as I saw him, a huge smile appeared on my face. -Ash! I exclaimed, throwing himself in his arms.
-Are active moody sweetness? - she asked, laughing softly.
"I tell you Thomas, and I tell you everything." I whispered, joining him.
"What excuse invented today?" He asked, curious.
"A concert." I said flatly. - And God, I have nothing against the concerts, but against that adorable mix of onions, peppers and garlic I have something. I do not understand how to make it to fifth place in the standings. Ash and Ash were better friends for almost a year. True, he was still early to say that he was all but after a year I knew him very well, as he knew me very well. I was just telling him everything, he was my biggest confidant. He always knew how to comfort me, how to give me advice and never mistake. I was not the guy I love you every two minutes, but the good I always wanted to show you.
-Oh, I did not realize I was talking to the second classified. "I punched him, grumbling badly.
"Did you know, you know that ranking does not have any value." She laughed, almost embarrassed.
- You're right, she's a baby girl. It's like a list of what you have to do to become popular. "I said bitterly. Ash laughed just before seeing her friends.
"Amy!" Calum shouted, kissing my cheek. Calum was one of Ash's best friends. His skin was slightly darker, big brown eyes and black hair, always neatly disordered.
"Alum, please, Amanda, or just Am." I said, while Micheal gave me a kiss on my cheek.
"Is it bad?" The green-haired boy wondered.
"On the contrary, only a few idiots spoiled my day." I said with acid tone, but still smiling. He looked confused Ash, who mimicked the name Thomas. The other three went away in chatter while my phone was shaking. It was Mom, who told me that she would not be at home for lunch.
-Amanda. "His deep voice made me jump. I felt the presence of two pieces of ice on me, which made me look up. He was wearing a white ACDC tank, while black jeans clasped his legs tight. I clashed in her ocean-colored eyes, and it was a blow to her heart. The blond tuft was, as always, pulled up, while the muscles of the arms were slightly tense, due to the backpack.
-Luke.- I watched him approached me. Her perfume stunned me for a moment, so fresh and strong, making me want to collapse in her arms. I felt something cold touching my cheek, while her lips let a soft kiss near mine. Too close. For a moment I stood back with my breath, closing my eyes. Luke Hemmings was able to do this and more. He was the number one on the famous list, A.K.A, the erotic dream of every girl. Glamorous lines, full and rosy lips, embellished with a black piercing. But what the girls were crazy was what they were hiding under the canvases. His physique seemed carved by a Greek God, and did not exaggerate when I say it. But she was known for her fame as a fairy-tale, so the girls reasoned very cautiously, or at least they felt that. They asked counsel of the friend of the heart, who told them not to fall into his trap. Then they came out with Luke, a few bugs from him, some giggle of goose by her and the play was done. She smiled at the bedroom, where the girls felt really special, ignoring the fact that there was a half-full-time school in that bed, missing the headmaster's hall, where every girl and boy was summoned more than once a month. Luke was not made for love, and they all knew it. But inevitably every girl was certain to turn that something into the dark corner located in her chest, most commonly called heart.
"We'll see you later." He said with a low tone. With all that confusion I did not even hear the bell, damn it!
"Look, we'll see you later." I heard Ash hugging me. "Also tell me why those girls are strangulating you with your gaze." He grinned. I turned around, seeing Camilla and Juliette, that is, the chicks without the goofy mom. Luke had been their target for years, and maybe he could see me and close by he had dried their throats.
"But nothing, their prey gave me a kiss on my cheek." I said, shrugging.
-Luke gave you a kiss on your cheek? - he almost shivered.
-Don't be jealous, do not be afraid.
"He is not jealous, he is." "Stupor," he said, almost upset.
"What?" I felt her throat getting dry, her eyes wide open.
- Look, I have to go. See you later. "He disappeared into the crowd of students, letting me be impaled like an idiot. I went into the classroom, grabbing the place at the bottom of the room as the professor began to explain. Two hours of history were too early in the morning, I was certain. I got bored in the chair, listening to the professor explaining my gesture too much to my liking. But even after five minutes, I remembered Ash's reaction when he came to know the kiss. Her eyes widened, her mouth wide open. That guy was really weird, what did he hurt in an innocent kiss? Bah. I spent the whole lesson thinking about everything, and I say everything except the story.
-Ragazzi, I'll let you know that Professor of Chemistry Watts and Professor McLine, Teacher of Fourth E, will not be present today for the second class C trip. So the fourth class will come from you, supervised by Professor Carl.- He informed the bartender. There was a thrill of joy from everyone, exploding in screams and screaming. Professor Carl was perhaps the youngest and most talented student. She knew how to pick us up. I saw Ash coming in from the door, with his backpack on his shoulder and a witty smile on his face. Immediately behind him there were Michael, Calum and ..
"Listen!" I heard a female voice call him. The blond, who perhaps did not know my existence in that class, headed for .. Lauren, that's the father's dad. Black hair, slightly moved. It's a mousetrap, with two terribly round, terribly big eyes. The only beautiful thing was the physicist, even though I did not understand how everyone could go behind letting goofs, not even the snail in Monster's & Co left behind.
"Fanny, we think of you!" Calum's voice began, making me laugh lightly.
"We're here to save you from Professor Carl." Micky sneaking.
"Morning boys!" The nominee entered, making me laugh. "I'm glad that couples have already formed." She noticed, scrutinizing us. When her dark eyes leaned over Ash and her friends, she grinned almost unconscious. -Thank you with pleasure that there is also a quartet. Tell me a little guys, is it really hard to stay away from Amanda? "He asked, almost amused.
"What do you want to do?" Ash shrugged, sighing.
"If I do not, I miss you .." she looked at the class. -Hemmings! That's where he was caught, "he said, finding Luke near Lauren. -We go to the facts. As you know, I am known in this school for my patties. So I leave you free if you promise to be good, without making any noise. "He went straight to the ground.
"Intent?" He asked as we all nodded.
-Ash, explain to me your first reaction.- I went straight to the ground.
"Reaction?" Asked Micky, while Calum looked at us strangely.
"In a nutshell, Luke kissed his cheek at Amanda," Ash said. Ashton Irwin, also called finesse.
"He does it with everyone." He shrugged, a strangely restless Micky.
"Well, see Ash?" I asked, but he was too busy cursing Calum in every possible language.
"Say goodbye, I will not allow Luke to use Amanda as he does with all the others." Ash clarified, altering himself.
-Calma, I can not put my feet in my head. "I said, honestly.
-Mh ..- he looked at me doubtfully. The two hours we had to do chemistry, ended up talking and laughing, with elements like Ash, Michael and Calum as he did not laugh?
"Look, we see you this afternoon?" Ash asked, coming out of the classroom.
-Hmm, yeah, why not? -sorry.
"So what is happening today?" Calum came in the middle of us, a real galantuomo who is, in practice.
- Uh, let's do something together then - who were we without the green head of the group? I came to the scene, shaking the mass of dark blond hair.
"Do we ask Luke now too?" Ash suggested, peering through the corridors.
"Did you call me?" He appeared to my shoulders, making me almost whisper.
"Amy, are we here this afternoon, are you ours?" Calum asked, punching his fist.
"Were we going to eat something not?" Michael asked, raising his hand as if to draw attention.
"I propose Old Wild West," I said, knocking the five at Calum, who nodded satisfied.
"Okay, okay." Luke smiled, discovering the line of white teeth and perfectly aligned. Perhaps now I knew why Luke was the most wanted boy. He could only move seas and mountains just by smiling. But I would not fall into his trap, I was a strong girl who did not put his feet in the head by anyone. Much less from him.
