She Let The Truth Come Out

Rose was dumbfounded after what happened. The doors finally opened and she ran out with her heart racing. " AUNT MARIE! AUNT MARIE!" Rose yelled. " What is it! Are you hurt?" " I saw him." " Who... who did you see?" " Aiden. I went to the barn and I saw him... not only that but I touched him." " You just had a dream... now go to bed." " But it wasn't a dream!" " TO BED I SAID." Rose left crying to her room. Her aunt felt light headed and went back to bed. It was 2:30 A.M. Rose looked out the window and pondered on why people were brutal. She ran back to the barn to look for Aiden. " Hello, um I'm back." " Hey, I'm sorry if I scared you, it's been a while since anyone has entered this place." " What's the big deal? You have a whole barn to yourself. A safe place." " Well I see someone is having a hard time. I have a question for you. Why are you leaving everyone out?" " I don't want to talk about it." " Why? Maybe all you need is just someone to talk with." Rose looked up to Aiden and a warm smiled built upon his face. Her eyes met his and for once in her life, she felt safe. " It all started with this boy I liked. I thought he was different from everyone else but I was wrong." " What did he do... if you don't mind me asking." " He used me and my parents don't care for me either." " What do you mean?" " I became depressed and to make it worse my parents sent me here because they hate me." " At least your parents didn't kill you..." " I'm sorry I didn't mean to..." " Its okay I know." Rose saw Aiden and grabbed his hand. They talked until the sun came up. Rose felt happy for once and so did Aiden. A month passed and Rose started to meet up with Aiden in the middle of the night once her Aunt fell asleep. The two would laugh and share personal stories. Unfortunately everything was about to end for the two.
