Jamie's POV
I saw a table set for two with fair lights hanging from the tree branches. Next to the table was a violinist and then I saw a trail of rose petals leaving them to one person. Gerry. I put my hands to my mouth and tears came to my eyes. He slowly walked up to me and took my hands. I looked up at him and smiled. He smiled back. "You did this all for me Gerbear?" He took a ring out of his pocket. "Jamie Yoast, you've been on my mind since we met as we were little kids. I knew in my mind you would be my future girlfriend and so did my momma. So will do me the honor of be coming my girlfriend"? He asked. I was still in shock. Then I came to my senses. "YES, yes I will be your girlfriend Gerry!" After the date we walked home and opened the door. "Dad! You home?" I yelled. No one answered. We were home alone. I turned around to Gerry. His eyes were full of lust.
