Nandini freshen up and went to Mandir, for well being of Adya and Advik and For Manik too... She don't want to loose hope for her own kids who are hoping to Celebrate their 10th birthday which their father who is lying lifelessly on hospital bed.. but day by day her hope was breaking too...

Going back home, she opens kids room door to see them sleeping peacefully with a smile on their face

I wish their wish comes true... Nandini said with a teary smile on her face.. leaning down to Adya ear she wished her

Happy Birthday princess Nandini said in her ear making her smile and she got up with a smile on her face after that Nandini did same to advik, leaning down to his ear, she wished him too

Happy Birthday champ Nandini said and kissed his forehead making him wake up too

Thank You mumma, They both said and jumped on nandini taking her into a hug

Chalo, get up and dress yourself every one is waiting for you both.. Nandini said kissing both of them..

Mumma, we are going to meet Daddy right.. Theh both asked nandini who was going to take out their clothes

yes after breakfast we are leaving Nandini said them smiling weakly

Every one wished both adya and advik... and they both were blessed with lots of gift but nothing made them happy as they were nothing to then when their soul family their father was not with them..

They did their breakfast and nandini was moving to her room to get her purse, when her phone rand making her stop in her way

is this Mrs.Malhotra The caller asked

yes. Nandini replied

please come to hospital soon, as your husband Mr. Malhotra is not able to respond to machines Nurse said and Nandini phone dropped from her hand

Nandini, what happened.. Nandini  cabir shouted seeing her crying
picking uo the phone, He too got shocked listening nurse who repeated herself

Yez we are coming to hospital.. cabir said making every one worried for Manik...

I looked around to see everyone broken...
some crying...
some tried not to cry...
and I was numb... a dead soul sitting infront of Manik, whose heartbeat was slow very slow...
I have been crying from last one hour and doctors doing nothing to save my Manik...

I saw my kids sitting with Cabir who was trying to be strong for them and me but deep inside he was broken too

His sister, crying

His friends broken too..

His parents broken...

And me dead...

He left me, He broked his promise of humesha... he left me.. he left us...

He promised me to live with me till eternity.. now where is his eternity promise left us...

Mumma, Adya and Advik cried more...

And soon I started breathing heavy... I know what's going to happen... Manik.. i am coming with you... You are not going alone leaving us..
