You showed me how beautiful,
Love was to me,
But then you ended up,
With this treachery.
You showed me,
How to never leave,
But I never thought,
You'd be the one to deceive.
I know now it was,
A play of words like knives,
When you said,
You'll be there even after lives.
Why did you promise this?
When you couldn't keep.
Why only me?
To cut this heart deep.
When I saw you,
Faster this heart did beat,
But you had this treason,
And waiting a defeat.
Tell me where did I go wrong?
With my feelings so real,
After which you gifted me,
With this sweet painful betrayal.
