Chapter 2

Tris's POV

"Where are your leotards?" Christina seems taken back by that because I told her that after what had happened when we where ten, that I would never touch any gymnastic equipment again. But after going on the uneven bars, I know that Tumbling with Christina is what I want to do.

She pulls me into the locker room to her locker and she pushes me into the dressing rooms to change. Just looking at this leotard, I can tell it is brand new because one- It still has the tag, and two- it doesn't look worn once.

The leotard is a Wild Shimmering Zoo Zone Foiled Swirl Leotard. It looks so gorgeous! I put it on and head back out to a waiting Christina. Her leotard is a Sensational Splatter Pink Graffiti Swirl Leotard.  (In the picture, Christina's is the first and Tri's leotard is the second one.)

"Why didn't you ever wear this leotard?" I ask her and she snaps out of her daze.

"I knew I would get you back up on those bars so I saved it for when you would to make it special." I smile at the thought.

"When did you get it?" I ask still smiling like a crazy person. She must notice because she almost laughs. She is holding it in and it makes her face look funny.

"I got it a month ago." She says when she finally calmed down.

I nod and I put my hair up in a bun.

"Practice starts in 15 minutes but the coach lets me get here early and he wont mind that you are now going to be part of the Rock Team!" She says that last part with a lot of enthusiasm.

We walk out and I go to the uneven bars. Christina goes to the floor and plays music for us to listen to. Then she goes to the beam and does her routine. 

(I know  lot about gymnastics because I was in gymnastics and I watched every episode of make it or break it. I just wanted to point that out. Any way back to the story.)

I finish the bars when everyone starts coming in. Christina runs over to me and pulls me over to the coach.

I know she is signing me up for gymnastics and I'm fine with it. 

My mom and dad died in a plane crash, my brother went to college and now I live with Christina and her parents.

When Christina went to sign me up for gymnastics, I followed and it didn't take more then 5minutes. When we left his office, this one guys walked in and he was walking up to the office. he has dark blue eyes and dark hair. He is tall and looks strong. I wasn't checking him out, I am very observant. When he saw me, he had this look in his eyes that told me something when he didn't say anything. Weird.

I go to the vault and I see Christina running for it. I stand at the end waiting for her to take her turn so I can go.

She goes and does a handspring but I know she can do something more challenging but I don't want to push her.

After I take my turn, we head off for lunch. About 10minutes into eating, Coach Tori comes up to me and Christina and brings us to her office. When we get in the office, that boy from earlier is standing there. I feel embarrassed because I am standing there in front of him in a leotard and he is a guy and I don't have any other clothes on and he is a GUY!

"Christina, Tris, this is Four. He is an assistant coach at US Gymnastics National Team and the coach there has invited you two to join the team. It will be paid for and you will have your own room. You can talk it over tonight and you can tell Four and me tomorrow. Or if you already have a decision at the end of the day, you can tell us tonight before you guys leave." Says Tori.
