Hey! Before I start this story I'd like to say if it even gets remotely popular I'd be so insanely grateful and I'd love some feedback while the story progresses thank you. Side note , if it wasn't clear this is just a collection of short stories that don't really have an ending but you can interpret what you like. Hope they leave you satisfied. Thank you ♥️

Our hands interlock as we swayed left and right around the room. The sounds of faint breathing and Frank Sinatra playing in the background as I got tangled into the romance. Her hands on my waist and my arms wrapped themselves over her shoulders and around her neck. Stephanie's grip was tight , but not firm enough to hurt. My eyes seeping into hers I could practically hear her heartbeat. Her eyes being a bright blue with a gorgeous light green in the center. Sort of reminding me of an ombré style. Her curled eyelashes , plump tinted pink lips , curved nose and that smile. If it wasn't for that smile I don't think I'd be here. I don't think I'd meet her. Stephanie..a simple barista became my girlfriend. My everything. My world. I couldn't help but want to kiss her in this pure moment but as I thought , she did. Gently removing her hands from my waist and placing them both on opposite cheeks she pulled my face closed and opened her mouth slightly enough for us to lock lips. My hands slid from under her shoulder to the bottom of her back , careful not to overstep my boundaries I kept my hands their. My pulling her closer her back arched and I could feel her smile against my lips. "I love you Elena.." she said fluttering her eyes open. I knew her eyes were open because my eyes opened as soon as those words slipped out of her mouth. I took a small step back removing her from my grasp. She noticed my hesitation " I-I could love you..I mean. Not that I do. But I could." She said looking at me. I could feel her soul begging for a response. The air thickened with tension and I finally looked up at her from my gaze at the ground. "But you do love me..?" I inquired , a soft tone to my voice. She nodded , barely noticeable. The Frank Sinatra song ended and now we stand barely a foot apart in the silence. "I love you to--" I began to continue as her face lit up and she resumed the kissing we had cut off. I..I love her. I wish I could scream it from the top of her apartment building or our college or in the middle of a crowded New York City sidewalk. I love her god damn it. Stephanie and Elena..forever and always.
