Chandler - Chandler Alexis
It's Sunday evening and I've been in my room for two days straight. No food, no shower. I haven't even been on my phone. I'm so depressed right now. I feel worthless. I'm not caring about myself right now. I can't believe Chris embarrassed me like that. I wonder how long this whole relationship would've went in without him telling me how he really feels about me. I sat in my bed a little while longer still thinking about what happened and wondering about how people really feel about me.
A couple minutes later, my mother, Selena, came knocking on my door.
"Sarah, can I come in?" my mother asked.
I replied, "Yeah whatever."
"I just got home from work. Would you like anything to eat?" she wondered.
"No. I'm fine," I stated.
"What's the matter sweetie?" she said, acting like she's all worried and concerned.
My mother and I don't have a close bond ever since my dad passed away in a car accident. Now, we barely even talk. All she does is work all day becaus she's a Registered Nurse. I understand that but geesh it's okay to spend quality time with your daughter sometimes.
I yelled, "Nothing I'm fine. CAN YOU PLEASE LEAVE!!?"
Suddenly, I realized that I just screamed at my mother. I'm surprised she didn't slap me to next week.
But she got off my bed slowly, walked out, and left.
I sat on my bed for a few more minutes thinking, "What have I become?'

Fifteen minutes later, I got on my phone and went straight to Instagram.
I went to my bio and took Chris' name out of it. I just left my bio blank with a broken heart emoji.
I scrolled down to the pictures we had together and deleted them. I started tearing up and sniffling. I searched up his page and unfollowed him.
Everything of him was gone.
I finally got up from my bed and walked to my closet. I searched through my clothes to find something to wear. I took out some black tights and an overly sized white T-shirt. I looked in my dresser drawer to get a pair of socks.
I went in the bathroom and got in the shower. Once I felt the hot steamy water on my body, I felt a cleanse. All my problems felt like they were going away.
But I knew they weren't.
20 minutes later, I got out of the shower, dried off with my towel, and put on my clothes.
That's when my phone started ringing.
I checked my phone and it was my best friend, Chandler.
I'm so glad she called because I need someone to talk to. Chandler has been my best friend since we were ten years old. She moved away to a different city three months ago and I haven't talked to her since.
I picked up the phone and she blurted, "Hey. What's going om with you and Chris?"
I added, "We broke up..."
She screamed, "WHAT? WHY? WAIT WHEN?!!!"
I replied, "Friday. He was cheating on me with some girl. Terry told me-"
Chandler interrupted, "Wait a minute. Thr weird obsessed guy thay secretly likes you? How could you trust him?"
"I mean that's Chris' best friend. He wouldn't ruin our relationship," I stated.
"Mmhh okay. Well what did he tell you?" she asked.
I muttered, "First, on Wednesday, Chris asled me did I want to go bowling on that Friday. I said yes but I was wondering was Terry going because he's always third wheeling on our dates. So, after school on Wednesday, I called Chris and he didn't pick up. Right after, Terry called and I asked him did he know where Chris was and he told me that he was walking with some girl."
Chandler said, frustrated, "So you basically let him get in the middle of your relationship?"
"No because that explains why Chris hasn't been talking to me much," I remarked.
"Oh. Well Chris loves you and I highly doubt that he would do anything to hurt you. I don't believe that Terry guy. There's something fishy about him," Chandler chimed in.
"I don't knoe. I still don't think that he would steep that low," I declared.
"Or would he? I love you Sarah but I think you need to think about it. I'm gonna go. I'll talk to you later. Bye," Chandler muttered.
BEEP.
She hung up.
I flopped back into my bed, doing what she told me to do.
