i walk into the store, a smile on my face. valentine's day is tomorrow so i'm currently in miami, waiting to surprise lauren. i had to get her something and set up our surprise date at the beach.

making my way over to the valentine's day stuff, i pick out a white bear holding a heart. i drop it into my cart and go further into the store.

after collecting everything i needed for our date tomorrow, i was walking past the children's section and saw a stuffed nala. i smiled, i remember watching the lion king with her and she absolutely loved nala, the little lion was her favorite. so instead of the bear, i grabbed nala and placed it in my cart.

i paid for everything and decided to head back to my hotel, where ariana and i were staying. she had gone to see camila, something about needing to talk to her.

(time lapse; i know that first part was sucky but this is where it gets better i hope)

it's valentine's day! i woke up with a smile on my face and a great attitude. i dressed simply in a peach romper and tan heels. i curled my hair and added natural makeup. i grabbed nala and planned on buying sunflowers for lauren. 

after buying a bunch of sunflowers, i placed them neatly on the passenger's seat and smiled. i drove over to lauren's house. 

i knocked once i arrived. the door opened, revealing lauren in boy shorts and a halter top.

"a-ally?" her eyes widened, a blush creeping up on her face.

"happy valentine's day baby." i smiled, holding the sunflowers and nala in my hand.

"nala!" she exclaimed, i handed over the stuffed animal. she cuddled it into her chest, sighing. "i love you so much." lauren hugged her girlfriend, then allowed her in.

"i love you too." ally kissed her cheek. 

"what are you doing in miami, again?" lauren giggled as the two made their way into the kitchen, where lauren was previously.

"ariana and i came down to surprise you and camila. ari took her on a quote unquote date. meaning she wants it to be a date but it isn't." ally shrugged as lauren sat down in front of her bowl of cereal.

"they should date, they'd be cute." lauren looked up at ally. ally smiled and nodded.

"but we're cuter." ally winked. lauren laughed and hummed in agreement.

"are we doing anything today?" lauren asked, scooping a spoon of oatmeal and eating.

"we are binging on disney movies until 7:27." ally smiles.

"why 7:27?" lauren tilts her head curiously.

"it was the day we met." ally shrugged. lauren smiled wide.

"you're so cute, how did i end up with you?" lauren's smile grew (if possible) when ally smiled.

"my flirting. that's how." ally's lips formed into a smirk.

"you right." lauren and ally laughed together, the sound traveling through the empty home.

"now hurry up so we can start binging." ally whined.

"alright fine." lauren finished up quickly. the two set up everything, they had blankets, food, and most importantly, disney movies.

"what to watch first?" ally asked as she went through all of the movies she brought over, plus lauren's collection.

lauren hummed in thought. she looked over at nala, who was seated on the couch. "the lion king!"

"i knew it." ally smiled and put the disk in. she grabbed the remote and sat on the floor next to lauren, who was already getting comfortable under the blanket. ally pressed play, then lifted the blanket to snuggle into lauren.
