chapter 2

its been almost 5 days that we moved here. Sidney is an amazing place. My room was pretty big with its own bathroom and balcony which were the best thing about it. I had almost everything I needed in my room now but my drawer and mirror that were waiting for me down stairs.I grabbed my mirror and went to my room. I hanged it on the wall. I looked at my brown eyes and my brown hair. I never liked how I looked. I had nothing special or nothing good about myself. But I had to deal with it.

The weird thing about Australia is that summer vacation starts on December and end on February so I had to start school next week. I was really scared about. I moved to a new school when I was 13 which is grade 7 in Canada. That was the worst year of my life I had no friends, noone liked me and it was really hard.

The week went by really fast. Tomorrow I had to go to school. Im not ashamed to say that but I was excited b people say Australia has a lot of hot guys.

I picked a pair of jean shorts, a T-shirt that said *don't let your dreams only be your dreams* and my black vans for tomorrow. I didn't really know what I needed for school so I just grabbed papers and pens. I went to bed and texted Anny.

I knew she wouldn't answer because of the time and stuff so I went to bed.

*beepbeep*

Oh how much I hate that noise.

I went down stairs and had some cereal for breakfast. Im always worried the first day so I just into shower. I washed my hair and body, wrapped a towel around my body and head.

I got dressed and straighten my hair. I never really liked makeup so I just put on some mascara and lip gloss.

I got into my dads car. I was not ready for this. we got to the school and I got out of the car. people were everywhere. I put my hands together which I always did because my self-esteem is probably under the ground. I opened the big glass door and walked in. The school was pretty big but my old school was really big as well so no shock. I walked in the office got my locker and timetable. my locker was on first floor so that was easy. I looked at my timetable. I guess I had to start the day with science. how fun. belive me or not I got lost. this classroom was nowhere. I was really shy so I didn't even bother asking someone. "hwy do you need help?" I looked back at a tall guy with Brown hair and dark eyes. "um yeah im new here." he took my timetable. "I have science too hurry up." he grabbed my hand and started running. the classroom was in a hallway so I would never find it without him. we got into the class and I sat next to him. "hey im calum." "hi im Rose." I giggled. "like the one in Titanic? " he joked.

the day went by really slow. including me talking about Canada in every single class. the bell rang and it was lunch time. the thing that I hated most. I was walking atound the school, lookimg like loners. "hey Rose come here." Calum shouted from a table. there were 3 other guys and 2 girls sitting at the table with him. I was pretty nervous.
