Marks POV

When I woke up in my room, I smelled probably the best smelling coffee ever. So I got up, hot dressed and went down the stairs to the kitchen. There I saw Jack brewing some dark roast coffee.

"Oh hey Mark. Want some?" He said holing up the pot of coffee.

"Sure man, I love coffee." I said.

"Well trust me, nobody loves coffee, cake, or cookies more than me. I live for them man." Jack said with a stern face.

I chuckled and he poured me a cup of coffee. I could tell by the way it smelled that it was a pretty strong brew...just the way I like it.

"I recommend putting in some cinnamon to add more flavor." Ken said as he walked up behind me.

"Sup guys?" Cry said with a flat voice.

"Fuck you guys like to wake up early." Felix complained while rubbing his eyes.

"Sorry man, time zones are different from here an Ireland and it's kinda hard changing around with such a big difference." Jack said.

"Whatever." Felix said as he rolled his eyes sarcastically.

Well since we're up and ready, want to head to Panera to get something to eat?" Ken suggested.

"Sure, but your paying." Felix said.

Jack's POV

In my mind I laughed at Felix s comment about making Ken pay. I guess Mark was telling the truth when he said Felix was the most rude. I just can't wait to get to Panera to get a nice bagel.

Jack's POV

We got to school and the others split from me because they had early morning detention which I hoped to avoid. I wish I just had a little more time with Mark so I could get to know him more. He just seems like the perfect guy to have as a friend. He's hot as fuck, he's nice, he's rude, he's tough, he's a perfect man. I just need to know him more to get closer.

I was thinking all these thoughts until I ran into Matthias who was captain of the football team. They called themselves team edge.

"What are you doing you Irish idiot!?!" Yelled Mattias.

"Well SORRY, Mr.'im the best ever!!!" I yelled back.

I regreted saying that as I felt a hard fist being smashed into my face. I fell to the floor feeling fists and feet being smashed over and over into me. I heard insults of 'idiot',  'faggot', 'gay retard' and more horrible things being being spat at me.

It was probably 5 minutes until they left me bloody and bruised. I felt a hand on my shoulder. It was Ian Carter, one of those people who you know their face but not their name. He had a YouTube channel called idubbz.

"Hey man." He said with no smile.

"Hey." I said

"Don't worry 'bout them, I get called all those things a lot but it's usually a joke from fans."

"Ummmm...ok." I said awkwardly.

He helped me up an he left. Mark came running over. He'll be pretty nice to talk to.

"Dude, are you ok?!" He said checking me if I broke anything.

"Yeah, Ian Carter helped me out." I said calmly.

"Oh...hahahha!!! He's like the funniest person on earth!" He said laughing very hard.

"Oh, well I guess I'm new here so...i don't know."

"Well show you some of his videos." He said with a smile.

He gave me a few bandaids to cover up the cuts and we walked to art class.

!*!*!TIME SKIPPER TO ART CLASS!*!*!

Marks POV

Jack and I walked into art class soon followed by Felix, Ken and, Cry. Our teacher was Mr.Dawson who mostly liked to be called by his real name, Shane.

"Ok guys, today...ummm...i don't know, make art. Happy painting!" Shane said.

"What are you gonna paint?" I asked Jack.

"I dunno? You?" He said not even looking at me.

"Probably something to do with the color red." I said.

"Cool. Red's my favorite color." Jack said with a smile.

"I'm going to draw a duck!" Felix yelled interrupting our conversation.

"You know Felix, sometimes I want to sew your mouth shut so you can't talk all the time." I said.

"At least I don't blow up into space when I die in a video game." Felix commented back.

"Well I'd like to go to space." I spat back.

"Whatever." Felix said in defeat.
