A outfit I believe won't reach its true potential without it.

There are just some lipsticks that when you put them on you look like you know what your doing one such is black or deep brown almost purple

Lipstick tips💋

Add lip balm first you don't need chopped lips

After apply a thin coat of lipstick
Obviously this highly depends on the quality of the lipstick

Then add a next layer to seal it in

You can smack your lips together and then use your fingers or tissue to wipe away any lipstick that goes beyond your lips

Some people use lip liner I personally don't.. not always
It's your choice

Matte lips

To get matte lips with ANY lipstick apply lipstick then use your finger dip and shake off all excess powder and tap...tap..tap your lips
