Here I was at Hope’s Peak Academy.

Hope's Peak Private Academy is an unique, government-approved school accepting only students with exceptional abilities. All of Hope’s Peak graduates are employed in high positions in every field of the professional world, so that statement is not an exaggeration.

There are two requirements to becoming a Hope’s Peak student: One must be currently enrolled in a high school and one must super-excel at their field of expertise.

Happiness surged through me, never before have I’ve been this lucky. Okay, maybe so. I’ve gotten out of fights and arguments with my luck but nothing more. I also felt a slight jealousy, everyone at here were very important.. But then there is me;Murakami Rin. Unimportant and all I have is luck… But that won’t stand in my way! Nothing could ever ruin this day! I waited long for this, and I finally reached it!

As I said before, my name is Murakami Rin. My appearance is average, I’m average. Simple black collared shirt with a white fade at the bottom along with a long, thin grey tie striped with white. Messy brown hair lay upon my head, strands sticking up here and there. Simple baggy jeans. Simple black converse shoes.

Large and clean, elegant. Those words were the best to describe the entrance. With a slight nod of my head, I looked around. Wondering what the rest of the school was like. Luckily I didn’t wonder aloud. That would have been embarrassing. Telling my thoughts out loud was unneeded. I then came to wonder… Where is everyone else.. I had no idea what time it was. I walked here by foot just to let out some of my nervousness. Considering I got up pretty early and not knowing how long I walked, who knows what time is it.

I once again gathered up all the energy I could, taking small steps. Thump. Thump Thump. My heart beats fast, wondering if by the time I find a clock I’d be late. Being slightly late wouldn’t be that bad but.. Completely ditching or being quite late is rude and crazy! Plus, who knows how bad the punishment would be… It took me a couple minutes to brush away my worries, but eventually I was fine.

After several minutes of walking, I ended up in a strange hallway. It had a clock. Thank goodness.I never thought I’d find one. I glanced up at the round clock that hung upon the school’s fancy red wall, I had an hour left. Funny, knowing how unathletic I am I thought I’d take longer than I did! Well, maybe I can―
