Chapter 12 - The End

Chap 12 

I woke up in Louis's arms and smiled moving my head up his chest to look at him. His eyes were closed as he slept. I grinned moving my whole body so I could lay my head on his shoulder. Better. I thought and kissed his jaw line and cheek. Then all the memories of yesterday came back. I frowned as a tear escaped and climbed out of bed, and into the bathroom. I got ready for the day and Louis was still sleeping when I walked out of the room. I went to Liam's and opened the door. Please Stella not be here! I thought as I lightly knocked on his room door.

It flew open and there stood Liam. The dark shade of purple under his eyes told me he had not gotten any sleep last night. I avoided eye contact and sat down on the edge of his bed. "Liam, can you tell me why you are letting Stella cheat on Zayn" My voice remained calm and controlled. He sat down beside me. "I wasn't. What you saw... It wasn't... It isn't... Stella took me by surprise that's all. I didn't kiss her back!" he said his eyes trying to find mine to plead into.

But I refused to look at him. "Oh really? Cause that is what I saw." I said sarcastically. He shook his head grabbing my hand into his. I shoved it away from me. "Please Clair! I don't like Stella and I was just not realizing what was happening!" He begged and gently pulled my face to look at him. I bit my lip as I stared into his pleading eyes. And I saw honesty in them too. "Oh Liam..." A few tears escaped as I kissed his cheek. He tried going at my lips but I shook my head. "I'm with Louis..." I smiled trailing off.

He sighed nodding. "Sorry. Habit." He chuckled. "So we're friends?" I asked. "Friends." he looked into my eyes again. "Can I... Kiss you just one last time? Just a small goodbye kiss in a way? I won't tell Louis." He asked nervously. I sat there a minute. Kiss him? It would be small... I thought and nodded. I took a deep breath and pulled myself closer to him. He smiled wrapping his arms around me and pulled me on his lap. I bit my lip starring into his eyes. Louis wouldn't mind.

We both met halfway and kissed each other. "Mmm" I mumbled against his lips and he wrapped his arms around me seeing my Mmm a sign I liked this. And I did. I wrapped my arms around his neck and ran my fingers through his hair. He smiled and pulled me closer to him. It felt so good! I held myself over him as I kissed him and he held my face in his hands so I wouldn't move. He bit my lip teasingly.

I giggled pulling away from him breathless. I took deep breaths until it was normal again. Crap it Clair!!! That was stupid! He sighed standing up. "Call it what you will about you and Louis. But I know we still have something." He stared down at me and I shook my head. "Liam...no..." I said sighing. "I will never stop loving you, Clair." He said and I got up off the bed. "We'll see about that."
