"Kim Namjoon is guilty of first degree murder of Min Yoongi and domestic abuse towards ex-husband Kim Seokjin"

Seokjin closed his eyes and leaned back against his hospital bed. He let out a breath of relief and smiled softly to himself. Finally.

His ex-husband was finally going to prison, for life. Seokjin was free. He could do whatever he wanted.

Namjoon and Seokjin had been happily married for five years, or so people thought. Namjoon may have been happy at how the marriage turned out to be, but Seokjin was miserable.

He suffered long and hard for the five years, he was physically and mentally abused. If that wasn't enough he was raped too.

All from the person who was supposed to love him the most. Seokjin closed his laptop after re-opening his eyes. He was watching a live stream of the case and he was satisfied at how it ended.

Seokjin felt a weight was lifted of his shoulder and he could breath better. " Judging by the smile on his face I'm guessing that bastard got life? "

Seokjin was startled at the sudden intrusion from hid doctor Park Jimin. He nodded, " Yeah, Doctor. I'm finally free from him. " Seokjin couldn't contain how happy he felt.

Jimin smiled hid eyes disappearing for a moment, " I'm very happy to hear that. Someone as handsome as you shouldn't go through something so... traumatic " he said, finding the right word.

Seokjin was flustered, his face was a bright pink but before he could reply there was a knock.

Jeon Jungkook. " Handsome? Talking about me, babe? " the younger asked.

Seokjin looked away as Jimin turned his boyfriend and kissed him lovingly. " Of course you're handsome, baby. But I'm with a patient right now " he heard Jimin say.

Seokjin looked back up at Jimin, " Luckily, I have good news. You're leg is all healed up and you're stitches already seem to be fading. You'll be able to leave the hospital soon. But untill them I'll be taking care of you " Jimin said. He winked at Seokjin.

Said patient blushed and prayed he wasn't seeing things. Seokjin shyly smiled " Thank you, Doctor Park "

" What the fuck! Don't just show up to my work unexpected! "

Jimin angrily paced in the kitchen, he was breathing hard and Jungkook tolled his eyes.

" I'm not stupid Jimin. I see the way he looks at you " Jungkook shot back.

Jimin glared angrily at his boyfriend, of three years. Jimin stopped pacing to turned to said boyfriend, " He's been through a lt and I've helped him through it. course he's gonna look at me different"

Jungkook rolled his eyes and tsk " Of course you'd defend him. " he spat. Jungkook stood up to stand face to face to Jimin. " You know what? I don't care... I'm done-I-i can tell Jimin! You don't look at me the same, you don't love me the same! " Jungkook cried.

His eyed were bloodshot and teras filled the brim of his eyes as he stared at Jimin. There was little spark of hope in him that he was wrong.

" I'm sorry, Jungkook. I didn't mean to fall out of love with you. You're still my best friend " Jimin quietly said. He kept his voice steady despite the gut wrenching feeling at the pit of his stomach.

Jungkook could speak. He took a few moments to collect himself before looking Jimin in the eyes, before bringing his hand back. A loud slap of skin on skin echoed in the apartment.

Jungkook slapped him.

Jungkook tsk and shoved past Jimin, knocking him down. The loud slam of door causing Jimin to jump. He was still in shock at what happened.

His cheek burned and there was bright hand print stained on his skin. After thirty minutes of sitting on the floor, he stood up.

There weren't any tears, only anger.

He walked out the door and headed straight towards the liquor store across the street.
