Maggie rolled over, opening her eyes slowly. Early morning sun slipped through the gaps in the curtain and draped over her girlfriends face. Her hair was tousled and messy, the curls sticking up in crazy positions. Her chest rose and fell calmly, and for once Alex looked calm. Maggie lay there, just observing Alex. She was so beautiful.
Maggie lent forward, dropping a light kiss on Alex's lips. Alex's eyes fluttered open, and she smiled.
"Good morning." Maggie whispered softly.
"Good morning." Alex replied, her voice still hoarse with sleep. "Why're you looking at me like that?" The sleepy voice enquired.
"Like what?" Maggie played. Alex raised her eyebrows at her girlfriend. "You're just so beautiful Alex." Maggie said. Alex smiled and leant forward, slowly kissing her girlfriend.
Before Maggie could process what was happening, she was on her back, Alex was on top of her, and Alex's hands were cupping her face as the kissing got more intense. Alex kissed her breathless. Alex's hands moved, stroking the sides of Maggie's body, grabbing her ass. Alex moved her lips down Maggie's neck, not caring about marks.
"I love you, Maggie Sawyer." Alex whispered between breathy kisses.
She spent the morning showing her girlfriend just how much.
