"Good Morning, Jakal." A voice of forced cheer sounded from the left as the tinted automatic doors parted for his entry.Tilting his head, he offered nothing more than a noncommittal noise from the back of his throat. Not quite an acknowledgement, but usually it was better when this man ignored you. People tended to live longer when he did.
Leisurely staring through his shades with boredom written clearly on his face, his eyes casually took in his surroundings. The pictures on the walls. The sculptures on the tables. The thickly muscled bodyguards with bronze epaulettes surrounding him as standard protocol. One of his bronze epauletted secretaries on the other side of the white wall of protection. The usual.
Nothing of interest.
He made his way down the black walled hallway at a brisk walk, barely taking notice to the sensor lights as they switched to life at his presence. All that could be heard were the light tapping of his shoes and his following details' on the hardwood floor. No one else moved, not even to breathe. Every single worker in the building knew better than to even glance anywhere near the Jakal or his general direction. The less notice he took to anyone anywhere, the better it was for their wellbeing.
Turning to the elevators, he waited for a silver epauletted secretary to enter a separate key, allowing them private access to the private floor on which his office was located. Only selected personnels were allowed access to the seventh floor; his office floor. He made certain of that. Bronzes and silvers were prohibited from such quarters.
In terms of rank, Silver was considered high class; well respected amongst everyone, except Gold or Platinum. Gold stood for most trusted and is appointed to only one high ranking official, although due to the job description, employment never lasted very long. Protecting platinums at all cost does come with a cost of sacrificing their own life. Plantinums were the family members of these officials and the Jakal and are usually protected at all costs.
Stepping off the elevator, leaving the secretary and half of his detail behind, he made his way across the large room, down the gloomy hall to his office area, his pace much slower than before.
He glanced to the walls of the sectioned off room as he closed the door, his eyes barely even sparing the walls secretly composed of clear, shatter proof glass. After a few deciding seconds he removed his suit jacket, 'one can never be too careful', tossing it over the chair and nimbly tapping his fingers on a button panel implanted in his desk located at the center of the room, turning the walls opaque.
No one knows or should know how their Jakal looks. It is necessary for his protection. Height was all they could deduce; the rest was a mystery.
Standing at the massive height of 6'5, this man was by no means small and no less intimidating, with his broad shoulders, tree trunk like biceps and a glare that seemed to be able to immobilize and eliminate everything in one go. However, these features were normal as it was a basic requirement in Mä.
Setting his hat on the desk revealed long, silver tipped, black, curly hair with an earring in the shape of a cross nestled in his earlobe. Rolling up his shirt sleeves revealed a smooth expanse of dark hair and darkly tanned skin covering muscles of barely restrained strength. An attractive face of finely developed features consisted of a wide, square jaw that led to sharp cheekbones, a straight nose and eyes the color of coal.
Eyes...
If eyes were the window to the soul, a lot could be told from his. Take for example how alert they were. Always moving, as if his eyes were taking in elements that normal people couldn't see; constantly on the lookout for something, be it danger or his kill. Always ready for the next piece of prey unlucky enough to find its way across his path.
