Media: Layout of WhiteRose Apartment (Weiss obviously took the master bedroom).

Weiss Schnee turned off the stove and let the element cool down. She stirred the beef stew and pushed her bangs out of her eyes.

"Ruby! Will you please get out of bed?!"

A black haired girl stumbled down the small hall. She whined and her arms lazily wrapped around Weiss.
Ruby Rose rubbed her cheek against Weiss' back. "Weiss. . ." She cried out. "Can I take a day off?"

"Ruby, you can't. Days off are only for people with actual jobs." Weiss replied.

"But you don't have an actual job either, ya know." Ruby said back.

Weiss rolled her eyes. "I'll be promoted next month so treat me with respect!" She lectured.
Ruby whacked Weiss in the stomach with her fist. "Be quiet, quiet." She whined.

"Quiet? I'm surprised you even know that word." Weiss snapped.

Ruby turned her roommate around and gave her the "Ruby Puppy Eyes" (as her father called it). Weiss stared into the whimpering eyes of Ruby and soon let out a sigh. "Alright, alright. Now stop looking like an idiot." the Schnee replied.
Ruby jumped up. "Yay! Weiss, you're the best!" She cheered and practicality squeezed the living life out of Weiss.

Ruby let go of Weiss and quickly got comfy on the couch. "Thank you Weiss. . ." She mumbled. "Can you give me your blankets?" Ruby asked, looking in Weiss' direction.

Weiss glared at Ruby with her cold blue eyes. "No. Last time, you spilled your strawberry cake on my favourite blanket!" She reminded. "So go get your own blankets."

Ruby rolled off the couch and flopped onto the floor face first with a thud. "Oww. . . My boobies. . ." She mumbled.

Weiss clicked her tongue. "Why are you so lazy?" She asked. Her white heels tapped against the wood floor as she headed to get Ruby's winter themed blankets. She picked up the fluffy winter blanket, but before she left the room, a small stack fell to the floor.

Weiss picked up the stack and placed the blanket down. Turning it around, Weiss' eyes widened. It was an old photo from 2 years ago accompanied by two other photos taken just before Weiss, Blake and Yang graduated.

Staring at the photos, Weiss started to wonder, where did Blake and Yang go? She knew that the two were still in Vale but Vale was huge city.

"Weissie!!" Ruby called out. "I'm colder than your personality!"

Weiss sighed and grabbed the blanket. Weiss knew that Ruby would only get more annoying if she was ignored any longer. She walked back to Ruby and threw the blanket onto her. "Hey Ruby, do you know where your sister is?" Weiss asked.
Ruby pulled her blanket off her head. "Yang?" Ruby blinked in confusion. "I'm not exactly sure but she said she just moved into a condo." She replied.

Weiss placed the 3 photos on the coffee table. "Look what I found." She said.

Ruby sat up and her face lit up with happiness. She grabbed them. "I remember these!" Ruby looked up at Weiss. "Where were these?" She asked.
"I found them in your room. You know, that giant pile of clothes you shoved into your bedroom corner." Weiss said, describing the pile of dirty clothes. Weiss' eyebrow twitched in annoyance.
Ruby chuckled nervously. "Oh did I forget to clean my room?" She asked, rubbing the back of her neck.

"You didn't forget! You're just lazy!" Weiss lectured. Weiss flicked Ruby's forehead and Ruby leaned back.

Weiss stood up. She smiled. "Ruby, while your home alone. At least put your dirty clothes into the laundry basket." Weiss said.

Ruby nodded. "Alright. Want me to lock the door after you?" Ruby asked.

Weiss patted her skirt down, wiping away dog fur left behind by Zwei who was biting onto his blue tennis ball (although it was Weiss' to begin with). Weiss snatched her blue bag from the dining table on her way to the door. She unlocked the door and opened it. "Remember, clean your room. I'm doing laundry today." She reminded.

Ruby rolled her eyes. "Yes, yes." She replied as she gently pushed her roommate out.

Weiss heard the lock click and she pulled the bag straps over her shoulder. She walked out the apartment building and headed to the nearest bus stop.
Unable to wait patiently, Weiss pulled out her phone with a expensive white diamond case and checked the bus time. She groaned as the next bus arrival read '9:45 AM'.

"15 minutes of waiting?" Weiss whined.
