I got to school as early as I normally do so that I could sneak to the info-club in secrecy. Today I was supposed to talk with (y/n) again because I needed to warn her about Ayano. Of course it was just another excuse to get to speak to her. I waited as I watched the security cameras to the front entrance of the school. All of the students were arriving at this time, but I saw neither (y/n) nor Ayano. Before I jumped to conclusions that Ayano might've done something to her I waited until the first bell rang to just see if they were late. 20 minutes later and still nothing. I punched my fist onto my desk in front of my computer monitors, leaving a slight dent. I couldn't see them anywhere on the school campus. At that point I knew Ayano must have done something to her. I tried hacking into the security cameras in and around (y/n)'s neighborhood to see if I could find either of them. It took a few attempts to actually get into them though because they weren't as easy to hack as the school's were. I watched the one where I could see (y/n)'s house from for a while. On a different monitor I was also keeping an eye on Ayano's house just in case. I almost gave up hope because it was taking forever, but then I saw a figure leave from (y/n)'s place. I zoomed in and saw that it was Ayano. 'What is she doing at her home?' I asked myself as I watched her leave. I followed her on the street cameras to see where she was going. She eventually ended up walking into a grocery store that wasn't too far away. I sat there in anticipation as I waited for her to come out. I couldn't stand seeing her anywhere near (y/n). After another hour or so Ayano left the building and started walking back with what seemed to be just normal groceries. This confused me a bit since she wasn't the kind of person to randomly go grocery shopping for other people. She must have other intentions, but I didn't know what they were. She arrived at (y/n)'s house again and brought the supposed groceries inside.

After a while I figured that she wouldn't be coming out soon. I started to devise  a plan in my head. After letting Ayano do all the work for me for the past year or so I knew I had to get my hands dirty sooner or later. I would wait until Ayano left again and then I'd start to head over to (y/n)'s house. I had to make sure she didn't do anything to her. I would also wear a mask from the drama club so I won't be recognized by anyone, if they even know who I am. I needed to find something that would either make (y/n) pass out or keep her asleep. Luckily for me I always had those sorts of supplies. I decided I'd go with the simple cloth and chloroform. After that I would bring her to my place to keep her safe from Ayano.

I watched the security cameras until nightfall when Ayano left her house. I grabbed the "supplies" I needed from a drawer I keep with me in the info-club. Afterwards I snuck to the drama club and decided on the mask that looked like a cat with floral designs on it. I then headed on my way over to (y/n)'s house with the mask on and supplies in hand. I'm glad it was close to the school so I could easily just walk over there. All the lights were off in the house so I figured everyone was in bed. I went up to the front door and tried to quietly turn the knob, but it wouldn't budge. 'Of course it'd be locked,' I thought to myself frustrated that I'd have to pick the lock. I took out a lock pick from my pocket and started to work at opening the door. I was a bit rusty since I haven't done something like this in forever. After I few minutes of trying I finally heard a click come from it, signifying that it unlocked. I slowly opened the door and snuck into the house, closing it quietly behind me. I looked around until I found two closed doors across from each other in a hallway. I didn't know which one (y/n)'s bedroom was in so I would just have to guess. I listened closely for any indication of life in either of the rooms. I heard soft snoring in the room to the left of me so I decided to check in that one first. I quietly opened the door, but (y/n) wasn't in there. It was an older couple which seemed to be her parents. I closed the door quickly in a panic, not  wanting to be found out. My heart was racing because I accidentally let the door slam a little. After waiting for a few minutes I let my heart settle, figuring that everyone in the house was still asleep. I then checked the room across the hallway. When I opened the door this time I saw (y/n) sleeping peacefully on her bed. I took the chloroform out and put it on the cloth. I didn't want her waking up in the middle of me transporting her. I gently placed the cloth up to her face and made sure she inhaled it. That way she'd stay in her peaceful slumber. I looked up and mentally facepalmed when I saw that her window had been open this whole time. The gentle breeze blowing her curtains as if they were mocking me. At least it would let me get an easy escape. I picked (y/n) up bridal style and carried her out of the window. I made sure to take the back alleyways so nobody could spot us.

Once I reached my house I went in and placed her in one of my guest bedrooms. I had a couple of them since I lived on my own. This room was specialized though because you could lock it from the outside and you couldn't open the windows. It was perfect for keeping her here. After a gently put her on the bed I also thought it would be a good idea to chain down at least one of her limbs. I chained her right ankle to the bed, leaving enough of the chain on for her to wander around the room a bit. After I double checked the windows to make sure they were sealed tight and locked the room I headed off to bed. I took off the mask and my glasses and put them on the night stand next to my bed. I lied my head down on the pillow and started to drift off. Knowing that (y/n) was safe in my house allowed me to sleep easy that night.
