*My Brother and I*
We always go on rides on my sister's electric scooter at around 10:00PM to 1:00AM. We go around the block and past this worn down looking RV and it always give us the chills and a really bad feeling when we turn down that street. We've gone past the RV a few times in a past few nights and we've never really seen anything. (there was a time when I saw something in it but it turned out to be a part on the RV's interior or something). Tonight we were riding past it on our electric scooter at around 12:40ish because our whole family stays up that late in the summer and when we were almost past it, I was looking in the back window to around the back end of the RV and I saw a black, blurry figure looking out the window. But once a light shown through the window, it disappeared. I'm the only one who saw it since my brother wasn't looking in the exact same place as I was at the time. Now this was a chilling experience since we weren't that far away from the RV. (Only a few feet away).
