Soul

Once a child is born, they are born to a world of soulmates. The first time they breath in air they have their soulmates picked out. Everyone in the world believed in finding their other half. They waited until their necklace glowed when their other half was near.

Some traveled all around the world to be with them. Some where lucky to have found them at a young age. As soon as the children turned 2 they are given their necklaces. It was crystal of the color of there choosing at the age of 2. You must wear it at all times.

Everywhere you went you can see people glancing at everyone hoping that their crystal glows. Not everyone is with the idea of finding a soulmate that you didn't pick for yourself.

Those people are calles the LoveRebels. L.R. Everyone feared them but for what? They went against society. They wanted to find their own love. They walked amongst us, had necklaces like us but they were faulty. It is said that they smash their given ones to pieces so they can never see it glow.  That means that their other half well never glow as well. Those are the unlucky ones that livr alone still looking for their soulmates not knowing if they died or are Rebels.

It's told that a hundred people are in L.R. The rebels spread out word of how great it is to fall in love without someone without fearing they will find their other half. Parents try to keep their youngsters from believing the rumors. Some succeeded but others turn to them.

I for one listened to the rumors and laughed at them. It's better to find the one for you. The one that was made just for you. I wanted to go to the end of the earth to find him. I wanted my love, so I wore my green crystal everyday hoping to find him.

What I didn't expect was to find him. I believed him but I was wrong. He held the wrong ccrystal in his hands. I didn't mean any harm to him and my soulmate. I believed all the wrong things. .
