Hazelle Vereith, a sixteen-year-old aspiring warrior, ends up with a lot more on her plate than she ever imagined when she contracts the terrible and almost incurable disease Sanguinaire Vampiris - the disease that turns humans into the nightwalkers she's always been taught to fear. She's kicked out of her home, forced to find a place of her own when she's septimless, forced to accept the fact she has to resort to inhumane tactics to stay alive, and forced to fend off the organization determined to rid vampires of Skyrim.
