Antique Fatigue Ep. 1 (new)

Jenna makes a wish as she closes her eyes a blow out the one candle she has on her birthday cake,
"happy birthday to me" she whispers.
She walks around the empty apartment eyeing the pictures she had taken from trips with her Aunt in the summer,
"your all I had left and now your gone" she clicked her heels over to the door after feeling that it's gonna ring. She opens it to Veronica about to knock,
"I can never understand how you do that? " she gives her a hug as she walks in," mom left a vase for you at the Antique shop down in Rearview plaza
"it must be the one I always asked her for" she sniffles, "I'll pick it up tomorrow"
"oh honey " Veronica pulls her in for another hug
" promise me something " she whispers
" what? "
" promise you'll never leave"
"I promise, now I have to go" she smiles as she forces a tear back up, "dad says I can't come here anymore"
"I know, he won custody of you and he signed papers so he could keep you away from us"
"We'll find a way around them" she smiles and leaves.

"Claire! Wake up! "
" I had the strangest dream" the blonde bubbly girl spins at her desk in her chair
"really? What was it about? " Joey asks looking over from his desk
" some bozo was yelling my name and waking me up" she looks to him, "nope, it wasn't a dream" she stares at the elevator, "she's coming?"
"she? "
" our new boss" Claire stands up as so do everyone else.
Rebecca struts out of the elevator,
"I'm Rebecca, I'm the new boss here at Jks' recording studio" she looks to Claire, "you assistant manager, be quiet".
Claire runs an imaginary zip over her mouth with two of her fingers. Rebecca gives her an uncomfortable stare before strutting off to her office.
"I can't believe we get these crummy desk areas and she gets a glass office "
" she is visible, she is basically in the room with us" Joey whispers
Rebecca sees them watching her and pressing a button, the glass becomes dark tinted,
"nope, she got killer shades"

"what! " Jenna stares at her middle-aged boss," listen to me Peter, you can't just fire me, I've been with this business since its inception "
" I'm sorry Ms. Hawkins, and you can't keep calling me Peter"
"why?... I don't work here anymore " Jenna grabs her bag and walks towards the exit
" Jenna wait... Could you grab me a latte at the cafeteria "
" ugh! " she storms out not paying him any mind.
" now I'm out of money" she whispers, her eyes grew wide as she thought of possible ideas.
"Jenna, I just heard" a red head ran towards her
"yeah" she hugs her
"I should go in there and give him a piece of my mind " she smiles," but I don't wanna get fired too.
"of course not, I'm gonna go look for a cheaper apartment "
" why don't you go stay with Tyler, he's been offering"
"Terr, we've only been dating for 3 weeks and... "
" your afraid to loose anymore people in your life"
"I'm not afraid, I just can't let another guy in after what happened to Liam"
"just call him... tonight"
"if I end up on the streets I'll go"
"oh honey that's gonna happen by tomorrow " Terra says as she burst out laughing
" shhh, some of us still work here " a guy says, not looking up from his computer.
" oh shut up Donny, I have to go" Jenna waves goodbye to Terra and scowls at Donny. His computer freezes,
"what the hell? " he pulls out his phone and dials, he places it at his ear," it's me, I think it's time. "

" I've been running errands all day for this woman and now she has a monitor talking to us on and didn't even get a thank you, you know Kelvin never gave me this much work"
"that's a two way monitor "
" meaning I can hear you, Ms. Utter, in my office! "
" wow are we in high school? " Claire asks sarcastically as she walks off.
" you asked for me"
"let's get one thing straight, you don't have to like me but I expect a little respect since I am your superior" Rebecca scolds from behind her desk
"that seems like three things"
"don't make snarky comments when I talk, it's rude and utterly disrespectful " Rebecca's face calms down," take the rest of the day off"
"thank you" Claire quickly runs from the office. She goes up to Joey and takes her bag from her desk,
"bye, you don't seem surprised "
" the monitor was on all along, everyone heard your demise"
"oh shut up Joey " she walks off towards the elevator when someone stops her
" looks like that position might soon be mine " the blonde smiles at her then turns it into a scowl
" listen, little miss sunshine, I'll hurt you and make it night time" she walks into the elevator and Kerry's laptop freezes.
"it's Kerry, It might be time" the blonde clicks the red icon on her phone and and fluffs her hair.

Footsteps clamp onto the streets of San Francisco as their burning ball in the sky rearrange Jenna's skin tone. She anxiously walked towards the antique store with her dark brown hair flowing as she bites her nails.
"i hate cancer!" she mutters but the anger in her voice caused an old lady to look at her in an estranged way. Tears ready to burst out as she steps into the antique shop, she closes the door and 'ding' she hears again. A blonde pushes the door hitting her.
Jenna steps back to avoid any more damage. "im so sorry" she says with a bagel in her mouth.
"its fine, I've had my share of doors hitting me" Jenna says sarcastically.
"oh, do you work at Jks too ? "
" no im kinda between jobs right now, my aunt always took care of me"
"oh so what happened? "
" she died two weeks ago but she left something for me so im picking it up"
"im so sorry"
"thank you"
"hey Jenna, you and your little friend wanna move? " Donny says looking down at them. They move and he passes and goes over to whisper something to the timid, old sales man who mutters something angrily and says" your not the keeper now get out! "
Donny pushes his hand seemingly at his waste and shoots the Chinese man.
The two girls scream and head for the door where Donny holds onto them and throws them to the floor. He trashes the place looking for some thing but when he doesnt find it, he lights the store and locks the girls in. Coughing and screaming the girls try and make their way over to the old man. "I'm Claire by the way"
"Oh yeah I'm Jenna and he's a dying man"
They rush over to the Chinese man, who is now dead. Jenna checks to feel a pulse when the Chinese man wakes up and places a ring in her hands and says, "your aunt left this for you and her, use it wisely." Fire is still burning the store and a dark shadow is seen entering the store, soon after a vicious growl is heard followed by a deafening scream.

"Did you retrieve the rings? " Kerry asks
" no, I'm so sorry, that watcher was hardcore" Donny replies
"what! "
" why now? "
" the watchers are coming into their powers, the rings are at full power now"
"how are you so sure? "
" the prophecy states that on the night of the eternal equinox, the two most powerful watchers will come into power" Kerry smiles as an unknown person comes up to them
"get the rings before tonight" the unknown person stands into the shadows.

I rewrote the first episode.

Should I continue or leave the series the same?

This changes the story alot so if I am to continue with this chapter, I'm gonna have to rewrite the book.
