"Wings and necklace. Is that really all I'm given? So much for being a gaurdian angel!" A ginger she-cat muttered with a snarl. She stared at moonrock on the small lace that hung around her neck. 1000 wishes to use wisely in order to become a full angel and she'd already waasted enough to leave her at 20. "Alright...what was the cats name I needed to find?" She asked herself aloud.
"Um...ma'am are you alright?" A voice asked from behind the ginger she-cat. She turned aroundand saw a deep grey tom with black paws and a white spot around his left eye. He had teal-blue eyes as well. "You were talking to yourself for a bit."
"Oh yes...well I was just trying to find someone. I'm Neptune by the way." She said with a purr. She stuck out her paw in a friendly matter. She hid a nervous blush as she thought,'Please tell me he doesn't remember me...please tell md this isn't Harvy or Blake!'
The tom smiled and shook her paw. "I'm Cosmos. Let me guess,you're new round here huh?" He asked. He cought the nervous blush and wondered,'Is she scared I'm going to hurt her? Or does she know Harvy and thinks I'm one of his followers?'
Neptunes face brightend up at his name and jumped around in joy. She opened her wings on accident and flew in tiny circles. "First cat I meet and it's the one I need!" She cried,not seeing Cosmos' shocked face.
"Y-you have...you have w-wings!" He cried. He stepped back a bit in horror. His eyes showed many emotions,mostly fear and shock.
Neptune landed with a gulp. "Um...yeah. I do have wings...don't I?" She muttered,staring at the ground. She folded up her wings up and glanced to Cosmos before moving her eyes to the ground again.
Cosmos went from shock to excitment. "That's awesome!" He cried with a purr. He noticed the necklace around Neptune's neck and asked,"What's that?"
Neptune sifted her eyes nervously. "Just a necklace my...um...my mom made." She lied. Her wings opened slightly as she stared at the moon rock.
Cosmos smiled. "Cool. By the way...would you happen to know where Colonial's treasure is?" He whispered nervously.
Neptune gasped as memories of her old friend Clover telling her of a cat named Colnial who buried a treasue long ago. No cat has ever found it or found any clues to where it might be. When Neptune returned to reality she said,"No..."
Cosmos thought a moment before saying,"Wanna come on a quest with me? We can find the treasire together!" A smile hung on his face,full of hope.
'Well...I am his gurdian angel...' she thought. When Cosmos started losing his smile she quickly said,"I'll help you find the treasure!"
