<<Dylan's pov>>
The gentle pit-a-pat of rain put my mind at ease, the rhythm steadying my thinking.
Which was damn hard whilst doing maths homework."...taterman what ever will we do?"
hearing the plea for help calling me, I go into the next room,
"Callum, seriously dude turn the T.V. off!"
"Never! Now shush the best bit is next!"
Was the only reply I received."...please, just call me Sam!"
I snicker slightly as I saw him mouthing the lines,"I mean it! I'm trying to do homework!"
"Man, I come over for bro time and you have to do your homework now huh?"
"I'll be done in a moment,"
I pause before adding
"at any rate start looking for torches, batteries, candles, matches, portable chargers, that type of thing."
"Uh, why?"
A worried look was soon replaced by my impish looking friend;
"No we are not going to burn another house down, gosh what is with you!"
I finish but not before face palming and adding more to the initiative;
"It's just at the rate this storms going we might have a black out any second.
"Oh, ok, you know it's just rain bro?" Callum stated
"Boom!"
The thunder interrupted
"I stand corrected,"
but not before letting the glowing figures to dance across his face,"Click."
Just like that, the T.V. was off and Callum was searching.
He stood up and paused,"What is it?"
I ask irritation clear,
"We should do spooky stories!"
I roll my eyes,
"Whatever Callum."
"Or maybe not?"
