I'm sorry to interrupt.

"I thought our love was epic," she said, slapping him across the face.
"It is, I love you and I made a mistake," he replied. Tears fell down her face. She ran to him. He embraced her in his hug.
I shut down my computer sighing. I didn't know why I watched these movies. I mean all they do is sugar coat a non-existent reality.
The girl is a fool and takes back the guy that cheats because he 'loves' her and they stay happy forever.
There's a bad boy and he can't be changed. Until we meet his match. *Gasp*
Everyone ends up with the person they want because they're 'meant to be'.
The bad boy or popular guy always chooses the shy quiet girl while cheerleaders and queen bees throw themselves at him but all he wants is the geeky, nerdy girl.
Happy endings where the hero's win and the villains lose.
Girls depend on males to make the slightest decision.
The situations don't make sense but we go along with them.
No one can express his or her true feelings.
I waited, hoping, wishing that I would find prince charming and live happily ever after, of course with some twist but it would end up ok in the end. But no my life is not a movie and didn't turn out that way.
So many clichés and stereotypes you can't keep track. Although in reality you don't get the guy; the villains win; and usually you don't get your happy ending. Have you ever thought about the other woman/man that the main characters break the hearts of. Do we care? No, because our main concern is us.
So you're probably wondering who I am. Well, I am Avril O'Connor, 17, gray eyes, black wavy hair, self-proclaimed coffee addict, over thinker and sister to the player. I don't let people in and that's why I believe I will never have my heart broken. I don't take crap from anyone. I do things I enjoy and don't get hung up on things.

I walked down the school hallway; it was the first day back from spring. I grabbed my books from my locker and turned to see my idiot brother with a girl attached to his lips, she looked like a leech her skirt hiked up and chest on show for the whole world to see. I rolled my eyes and pretended to gag, let me tell you it definitely made me feel sick. He smirked pushing the parasite off and winked at her as she sauntered away. He looked straight at me with a frown because I interrupted his make out session, may I say at MY locker none the less." Do you always have to be so-" I cut him off?
"Do you have to suck the entire female population at this schools face off, Nick." I winced at the thought, I was sure he had at least kissed every girl in our sixth form except my friend Marissa and I. He is a year ahead of us and so this was his final year. He had brown hair and blue eyes he got my mum's looks while I got my dad's. My nude pumps clicked along the ground as I walked to class. I was wearing a cream gathered skirt and a crop top and my leather jacket. "I have English if you don't mind." I glared pushing past him.
"OK but just so you know Blake is coming over and remember mom and dad don't get back for another week." he sighed. My parents had gone on a business trip and so we had the place to ourselves. Their work kept them away a lot so we were alone all the time except for my aunt Jena who checks up on us to make sure we haven't burnt the house down.
