Y/N awoke to a vigorous tapping on the window above her bed. "Good morning, Ari." Said Y/N turning to open the window and let in the family owl. "Why'd you bring the mail to me today?" Ari trilled in response nudged one of the letters closer. The outside of the envelope said Miss Y. Johnson 1st bedroom on the right, 8 Drury lane, London. "My Hogwarts acceptance letter!" Y/N shouted and sprinted down the stairs to dining room where her parents were eating breakfast. "Mother, Father! I got my Hogwarts letter!" Y/N shouted excitedly. "Y/N, use your manners." Mother said calmly. "I presume you are taking her to diagon alley this afternoon." She said turning to father. "Yes, we'll go as soon as your ready Y/N." Y/N dashed up the stairs to her room rummaged through her dresser and decided to wear a sweater with leggings and boots.
