Season 2
Mack's POV So I'm not the biggest fan of camp Kikiwaka but I don't get much choice in coming as it's part of my rehabilitation program, but I am very excited to see some of my friends from camp who I haven't seen since last year. I met Zuri last year and we immediately clicked when we discovered our mutual love for scamming campers out of their stuff.
It has so far been a very long and exhausting 3-hour drive from our house to MooseRump, but we were almost there. I had been texting Zuri most of the way while Xander had been busily checking his emails in preparation for camp. As she was coming from a much further distance, we were entertaining each other during the super long car drives. When I saw that my brother had an email from Gladys I started to read over his shoulder. It said something along the lines that my brother was getting a new camper this year, and that he was a juvenile delinquent from the same facility that I was from. It, unfortunately, didn't have a name but I was really curious to know who they were and if I knew them. Of course, I knew that it was pretty unlikely as the facility was huge and by no means did I know everyone. So we shall see.
Xander's POV I was really excited to be getting a new camper but the fact that he was from juvie, specifically the same one that Mack came from concerns me a bit. I love my sister and I know that she can protect her self but I'm very aware that if she gets caught back up in anything illegal she would get sent back to juvie immediately. I'm going to have to be looking out for my little sister a lot this year.
-----Camp Kikiwaka----- Mack's POV As we arrived at camp I made a beeline for the Woodchuck cabin and chucked my duffel bag on the porch, just as I did this I saw some very familiar city folk across the Great Lawn. I quietly snuck up behind Zuri and rested my head on her shoulder and said, "for two people who are so happy to see each other they sure are running pretty slow." She immediately spun around and gave me a hug "Mack! It's so good to see you!" she exclaimed, I mumbled an "it's good to see you too" in her ear as we turned back around to watch Emma and Lou's interaction. After the two friends had finally hugged, Zuri and I walked up to the two girls and did the Woodchuck salute. "Nice hair Zuri, and great job on the salute you two," Lou exclaims I give her a side hug as Zuri starts talking, "thanks! you should see the salute I give cab drivers in New York," Zuri says as she starts to demonstrate the salute. I chuckle at my friend, Emma very quickly yells "No!" and she pulls her sisters hand down, "No, no, no".
As I begin surveying the Great Lawn I see my brother sneaking up behind Emma, he gestures for me to stay quiet and I just roll my eyes and mutter "your funeral" to myself. As he comes up and gives Emma a hug from behind she immediately spins around and pepper sprays my brother. Zuri and I start laughing at the sight of my brother trying to wipe pepper spray from his eyes. "Ow, Ow, that burns... Ow!" He yells very loudly, to the point where people were looking in our direction laughing. "You know Xander, you're lucky she didn't bring her taser" Zuri reminds him before the two of us took this time to walk away slightly to our cabin's porch so we could watch the scene happen. As we are walking away we hear Emma say, "Xander I'm so so sorry!" with a pout set on her face as she attempts to help my brother who is holding onto her trying to blink away the pepper spray. "Never sneak up on a city gal or a cow during matin' season... they're jumpy!" Lou adds with a slight jump at the end and a massive grin set on her face. Zuri and I burst out laughing at this statement. Emma then turns to Xander in a last attempt to fix her mistake and envelops him in a hug saying, "I'm so happy to see you! You look great!" holding him at arm's length to get a good look at him, Xander's response whilst trying to be sweet was far from it "thanks, and you look... blurry?" causing Zuri and I to start laughing really hard again. After this spectacle was over the two of us sat down to catch up on our year properly.
