Chapter One - Johnny

I was just a geek in a new school in a new town. I didn't want to move but I was forced to. I hated it. I went from a little county girl in Oklahoma to a county girl in New Jersey. New Jersey! I leaving all my friends back home. Especially my best friend Andy. We've been friends since middle school and never left each others sides. Ugh!

Once we got to our new house I wanted to go familiarize myself with the town. I mean I might as well.

"Mom. I'm going to look around town and meet new people." I called out, moving around the boxes in the hall.

"Ok Johnny be careful though." She yelled back. She was probably putting everything up in the kitchen.

I smiled as I walked out the house. At least I feels great outside. I grabbed my phone from my pocket and started texting Andy when I bumped in to someone.

"Oh I'm so sor-" I stopped short to see a hot looking guy in front of me. Holy shit. I pushed my glasses back to get a better look at him.

"Geez geek watch where your going!" He laughed while high fiving his friend and putting his arm around this girl, probably his girlfriend.

I looked up at the sky and sighed. Great stupid boys in town. I continued my walk until I saw a small antique shop across the street. I smiled and quickly walked across the street. I opened the door and the smell of pine wood filled my lungs. That glorious, delicious smell. I started looking around the shop but stopped when saw the same guy behind the counter at the cash register.
