I put my phone on charge for a little while, while I got changed and ready because when I told Simon that I would be round his in ten minutes that wasn't going to happen as I was currently sat in my pyjamas with soaking wet hair because I had just gotten out of the shower so I rushed around the room finding any clothes that I could and to find some matching shoes to wear also.

I grab my car and house keys along with my phone and my purse, I then left my house and got into my car so I could drive to see Simon for the first time. It didn't take long to get to his house and I parked just down the street so when I walked up to his house came saw exactly where he lived in was shocked like I knew he was a YouTuber and he earned a fair amount of money but I didn't think he earned enough to pay for a house as big as this; but then I remembered that he also shared this house with three other people who did YouTube also so putting the money together couldn't be that expensive for them all combined. I walked up to the door and fixed my hat before I knocked on the big wooden door that slowly creaked open and I was greeted to see Simon smiling at me. "Astrid?" He asked a little unsure "Why were you expecting anyone else?" I joked which made him laugh a little "No I wasn't I just wasn't sure that's all, wow you're so much prettier in person then what you put online." He says, I then raise an eyebrow at him because if I heard correctly he kind of called me a catfish "I'm not saying that you're not pretty in your photos I just mean that- argh *inhales deeply* can we start again?" "It's nice to meet you Simon I say." As I walk past him and step into his house while he closes the door behind me.
"So you share this house with three of your friends. Where are they?" I asked "I'm not sure actually. Either they have gone to get food most likely Nando's or they have gone to see Cal, Harry and the other Cal to spend time with them and to see the new dog that they have gotten together." Simon explained "Oh cool." I say to Simon "So what do you want to do? We can go out we can-" but before he could say anything else I cut Simon off with a suggestion of my own "Actually do you have FIFA I'd really like to play that right now." I say to him "Yeah it's in my room I'll just go and bring it down. What one do you want to play?" He asked as he walked towards the living room door "I don't mind." I say to him, Simon then walks off and up the stairs to his room to go and get FIFA for us to play. When Simon cam back down he had FIFA 17 in his hands and I instantly smiled at the choice he had made; he noticed me smiling and he smiled also as he inserted the game into the Xbox that was downstairs in the living room.

"Simon I swear if you chat anymore shit I will take you out!" I scream as I dribble the ball past him and pass it to my striker "No!" Simon shouts as I score the winning point for my team, I then jump up and start dancing a Victory dance and start to torment Simon that was until I could a signature giggle coming from behind me and as I turned around I saw Zoe standing and laughing a little by herself with Cal by her side and all of his friends. "God you're so embarrassing." She says "Well you don't have to worry about me embarrassing you anymore you just do that by yourself." I say spitefully which just earns a dirty look from Zoe. Simon then coughs and I look at him and sigh as I go and sit down next to him, everyone was talking and laughing and I was being dead silent which was of course what Zoe wanted me to be because she wanted all of the attention to be on her which didn't just annoy me it annoyed two girls in particular because they couldn't get a work in sideways. "Sorry I didn't introduce myself." I say to one of the girls who had long light brown hair, "I'm Astrid and of course you're Sarah Close." I smile at her "How did you know that?" She asked "I've watched the majority of your covers on your channel and as soon as your EP came out I instantly added it to my Spotify playlist." I smiled again "Well thanks that means a lot." "And you must be Freya Nightingale, you're Instagram photos that you post when you go travelling are just mesmerising." I say to her "Well thanks but that's actually Josh who takes them." She corrects me "Well they are gorgeous Josh you have a proper talent with photography I'll have to get you to take some for my Instagram." I say to him "Definitely I would love to do that." He smiled. I could see Zoe getting uncomfortable because she hadn't spoke about herself for a solid five minutes and I could see that it was killing her.
"You know Astrid from what Cal has said you not meant to be a bad singer." Tobi says to me as sips on his drink "Not to be rude but how would you know Cal you haven't even heard me sing before?" I ask him "Well you know what I said. Beautiful people have beautiful voices." When Cal says that I could feel my cheeks getting red "Don't think you get out of this with flattery." I say bluntly to him "Come on Astrid sing us a tune." He says "No I don't want to I'm really not very good." I say shyly "Yeah come on Astrid show us this amazing voice that you apparently have." Zoe smirks deviously at me

When I had finished Sarah was smiling brightly at me along with everyone else of course apart from Zoe who was frowning and was certainly a little bit jealous that for once I was getting all the attention and not here. "That was amazing Astrid." Simon smirked "Yeah almost as good as the original." Callux said "Hey!" Sarah exclaimed pretending to be mad "I said almost." He said as he kissed her head "Thanks but I really need to go, but it was nice meeting you all and thank you Simon for inviting me round." I say as I show myself out of the house, getting into my car and driving home with a bright smile on my face.
