Pixel stared down at his katana. This is the only thing protecting him from demons, and without it, he can't talk to Jinx.
"Well?", Calidi hissed.
He looked at her. She had a smile on her face. Pixel couldn't tell whether it was a genuine smile or if she was up to something. What would Jinx do? He remembered what Jinx said to him. He remembered that Jinx made him cry.
"Deal...", Pixel said softly.
Calidi began to laugh. "Great, now hand it-" she was interupted by the sound of the front door opening. She could hear Glitch talking to Jinx. She snatched the katana away from Pixel.
"Pixel?!" Glitch yelled. Pixel could hear Glitch loading his gun.
"Get away from the door!" He yelled to Calidi.
As Pixel finished saying that, Glitch kicked the door down and aimed his gun at Calidi.
"Give me one reason not to kill you", he said to the demon.
Calidi opened her mouth to speak, but all that came out were mews and hisses. Glitch saw she was holding Pixel's katana.
"Pixel!" He yelled in anger. "Did you give a fucking demon one of the most powerful weapons we own?!".
As he finished his sentence, Jinx ran up the stairs and pounced on Calidi.
"Calidi!" Pixel cried. He tried to get up to help his new friend, but Glitch grabbed the collar of his brother's shirt.
"Damnit Glitch! Let me help her!" He screamed.
"You already 'helped' enough! Now stay back!", Glitch exclaimed as he aimed the gun at Calidi. Calidi saw this and threw a ball of fire at Glitch, which hit him in the arm.
"Glitch!" Pixel screamed. Calidi's intentions were now obvious. She was no friend, but a foe, and Pixel knew what he had to do next.
