I kept walking when I across a town, but my feet hurt like hell. My black converse shoes were ripped and torn at the heel. I'm going to need to find new shoes... I'm also really cold to.

I kept walking on the road into the town it was cracked and the yellow lines were fading but still visible to the naked eye.

I saw the sign to enter the small town "Welcome to Pittsburg, park hills" a green sign that was rusted on the sides from recent floods I hope. I walked through the small neighborhood and came across a baby blue house only 2 floors or 3, a brown tiled roof and Windows with light glistening through the blinds.

I went up the cracked concrete steps and knocked on the door four times. A boy answered he door, shotgun in hands. "Who are you"? he looked older than me by one year or maybe 2 I'm not sure but he had traces of scars on his forehead and on his middle finger on his right hand. "WHO ARE YOU"? he yelled loading his shotgun moving his left hand back and all I could here was a sudden click.

"My names Ariana, I'm 14 years old I don't know most about myself or my family, I don't think I have any". I tried to calm him down putting both of my hands straight out in front of me.

"Where did you come from"? I thought for a while... I have no idea I just woke up in a Evergreen forest and walked here for no reason.

"I woke up in a Evergreen forest and I guessed I just walked here so and I saw a light in your windows". I looked around me.

The unclipped grass in everyone's yard abandon houses.

I looked back at the shotgun and back at the man. "what's your name"? I asked as a question of hope. I've finally found someone that will keep me safe from the....u- "I'm Jacob".

He lowered his gun and walked inside of his house. He looked at me and ventured for me to come inside. I walked inside and closed the door "Do you mind locking it"? He asked. I turned the lock and walked over to the kitchen and looked at the table.

Old wood table with a red checkers table cloth. "Wow, nice place"? He smirked and put his shotgun down.

"why are you here"? He asked.

"I already told you". I growled at him (not like growls from a dog like a mad comeback) "no why are you here why this house"? I sighed. "I need to find...a someone and I need your help" I paced back an fourth waiting for him to reply. "what's in it for me"? He questioned.
