Time flies

Time flies.
It feels like yesterday when you went to preschool and you waited your birthday and Christmas like a rising moon.
Time goes fast, and sometimes you don't recognize it.
That's when bad things happens.
When you don't recognize them.

That day started just like any other day. School was boring as usual and everything was okay.
All of the students we're quite happy because the weather was so warm and nice.
There was not much homework and it was Friday.
Joda was so happy, dancing outside with her friends.
A lovely warm day, what could go wrong?
Yea, anything could go wrong.
Joda walked with her best friend, Tara, in the school halls, trying to find their class.
Joda had felt weird all day.
Like something was crowling inside of her.
Tara looked at Joda. "You look sick. Are you okay?" she asked sixth time a day.
Joda didn't answer.
It felt like her throat was on fire, and so did her lungs.
She started coughing to her hand.
"Probably some fever", she started until she saw her hand.
Her hand was covered in blood, covered for Joda's own blood.
She looked at her hand and then Tara.
Tara seemed scared. She looked at Joda's lips.
They were all in blood.

Later that day,
Joda was waiting test results at the hospital.
She wasn't alone, there were her mom and dad also.
The doctor called them to his office.
He looked sad and worried.
"Joda has...very unfamiliar lung cancer and there is nothing we can do to save her", he said straightfully and Joda gaspered.
No, this cannot be true.
Doctor started to talk about some medication to her parents but Joda didn't listen.
No, she wasn't sick.
This was some kind of joke, right?
Doctor seemed really serious.
Joda started panicking.
No way that she was sick.
No way.
She didn't believe it at all.
And that was the bad thing.
