Break in

Tessa's POV: I was sitting in the living room when I heard a crash from upstairs.
"Chance!?" I yelled, "Is that you?" I was scared. I froze and thought back to what my mind was like two months ago...what if someone else wants to kill me?
"CHANCE IM NOT KIDDING YOUR SCARING ME." I cried.
I crept upstairs and opened the door to Jakes room, nobody. I opened the bathroom door...nobody. I went to open my bedroom door when I heard talking.
"ILL ASK YOU ONE MORE TIME WHERE IS TESSA!" A man yelled.
"She went to the Santa Monica Pier, she was with her best friend Malissa." Chance said. I realized he was about to open the door so I ran to the bathroom and couldn't shut the door. He walked out of the house and I ran into the room with Chance.
"Omg Chance are you okay?" I cried trying to stop the blood that was pouring out of his stomach. There was a bloody knife next to him. I called the police and put pressure on the wound with a clean shirt.
"Chance can you hear me!" I cried into his ear.
"Listen to me Tessa, as long as you get out of here my job is done."
"Chance I can't leave you!" I sobbed and held his hand.
"Tessa... I love you beautiful." He whispered before letting his head drop.
"CHANCE!" I screamed sobbing.
And then I woke up
"Chance!" I kept yelling, still seeing blurry from sleeping.
"Hey, hey it's okay. I'm right here it was just a dream."
"It was so real..." I sobbed and glued myself to Chances side all day. We went for a jog together, had breakfast together, and then watched a movie in the living room. All day I stayed with him, and when we had to go to the bathroom I would sit right outside of the door or he would do the same for me. It was just a dream but I couldn't risk it happening.
Jakes POV:
I noticed Tessa and Chance were doing everything together. Tessa was scared from her dream and Chance was even more scared, Tessa meant everything to him. We needed to get away from this house, it had bad vibes and Erik and that person would know where we live. I decided we needed a break and I got us tickets to Hawaii. Everyone chipped in and we had more than enough money to get going. We decided to leave it a surprise for Chance and Tessa.
J- Hey Chance and Tessa we have a surprise for you guys.
T- Nothing scary please... (Tessa begged)
J- Don't worry, we're going to Hawaii!!
C and T- WHAT! WHEN!
J- Tomorrow at 5am.
T- I'm gonna go pack! Chance can you help me?
C- of course.
Chances POV:
We were going to HAWAII! I am very obviously excited to get away from LA for a while. We can have a deserved break.
