To The Mall We Go

(Vernon's pov)

(A/N: Warning, this is gonna be a long(-ish) chapter)

'It's 4:23pm right now... Do I still have a chance at backing out?' I glanced at Seungcheol and then looked at my phone. 'Definitely not.. Should I text Seungkwan to tell him that I'm also coming?..' I turned my phone on. '..Probably..' Typed in my password. ' But he probably knows I'm coming..' My finger hovered over the messaging app '..Would it make it easier to explain if I texted that I am going to be there?' *tap* '..I just don't want him to hate me..' *another tap* 'Nor do I want him to stop talking to me... Why is this so hard?!' My fingers hovered over the letters of my phone's keyboard '..Just do it Hansol, you can do it.'

-Texting-

Hansol: Hey Seungkwan, I'm one of the friends S.Coups' bringing, thought you'd like to know...

Cutiekwan: You are? I finally get to meet you!

Hansol: ..Yeah.. 

Hansol: Uh..hey, I have a question..

Cutiekwan: You can ask me anything, for I am the mighty Seungkwan!

Hansol: ...

Hansol: ..Yeah sure, whatever you say..

Hansol: Anyways, what I wanted to ask is; theoretically if someone were to be hiding part of their identity from you, how would you react?

Cutiekwan: Definitely wasn't expecting that question..

Cutiekwan: How big would that part be? Theoretically speaking of course

Hansol: Name and face I guess...

Cutiekwan: If the name (theoretically) given to me was a nickname I wouldn't be mad (more confused as to why the person didn't give their real name)

Cutiekwan: But if it would be a whole separate person I'd be pissed.

Cutiekwan: Like if the person would be pretending to be someone else I'd be pissed but if the person is a bit too shy to show their face and doesn't send pictures or something I'd be fine

Hansol: Understandable

Cutiekwan: Why'd you ask?

Hansol: Just wondering :)

-3 minutes later-

Cutiekwan: I'm really excited to meet you!

Cutiekwan: Tell me, are you cute?

Cutiekwan: Handsome?

Cutiekwan: OH! BOTH?

Hansol: Uh... I have no idea, I don't really hear that much about my appearance...

Cutiekwan: Really? Then... What do YOU think?

Hansol: Not that cute, nor handsome...

Cutiekwan: Yep, I'm already calling bullshit even if I haven't seen you yet.

Almost 13 minutes had passed since I was texting with Seungkwan, Seungcheol told us not to worry too much about the time, he's going to drive us. ''Okay so the people who are going to be at the mall are Seungkwan, me, you (Vernon), you (Mingyu) (A/N: Thought I forgot they were hanging out? Hell no, I edit every chapter EVERY SINGLE DAY just so there won't be any mistakes.), Jun and Minghao, Jeonghan and Wonwoo is not sure.'' Seungcheol announced to us. ''Are we going to pick an-'' Mingyu started but was cut off by Seungcheol ''I just texted Wonwoo that Mingyu is also going to be there and he immediately replied ''Where are we going?'' *chuckles* Mingyu, what are you doing to that boy?'' I chuckled with Seungcheol and turned off my phone ''I-... I really don't know..'' Mingyu answered with a slight blush on his face. ''But to answer your question, we're picking Wonwoo up. Jeonghan is driving Minghao and Jun.'' The elder answered Mingyu's unfinished question standing up to stretch. ''We should probably head out now,'' Seungcheol said pausing a bit to turn to me ''Seungkwan doesn't like people who come late.'' He continued and winked at me. I stood up with a slight blush and started walking towards the door with the other two following. As we all put on our shoes Seungcheol, who was done before Mingyu and me, grabbed the car keys and already headed towards the car. ''If you want I'll sit in shotgun?'' I asked Mingyu with a small smile. ''Really? Thanks!'' Mingyu answered me with a growing smile. 'Even if they aren't dating, you can't deny the fact that they're cute together.' Mingyu walked to the car as well leaving me behind. I closed the front door behind me and walked towards the car. 'Can't turn back now..'
