Okay, first and foremost I want to say a whopping big THANK YOU 😊 for 3k reads!!! It was the best end-of-exams present everrrrrr so thanks for making my year 🙃🙃
But anyways... the main reason why I wanted to add to this book was because I'm not sure why, but more than ever, now, there's SO many people that keep saying how they're not sure why people like us love Harry Potter so much, and what the books/movies even teach us. Today I speak for my fellow potterheads, Hufflesiblings (hit me up, you huffles) and basically everyone who has seen or heard of Harry Potter and likes or loves it.
Harry Potter has basically taught me SO much about life that school, and my family have failed to teach me. And I don't say this to scorn the two examples, but to praise Jo for coming up with something that's much more than a mere story, or concept - she's made a whole different lifestyle. I don't know about the rest of you guys, but I can barely remember my life before I had the beautiful series to obsess over. So, this is for all the haters out there, and Please Please Pleaseeee spread this message as far as you can.
HARRY POTTER - he taught me friendship, and bravery, and the different types of bravery that go with certain situations. He taught me that sometimes 'you've got to think of the greater good' and that love can help you survive the toughest of moments in your life. He taught me to believe in yourself and go with the truth, even if everyone thinks you're crazy for a year.
RONALD WEASLEY - he taught me to be loyal to my friends, even if I was jealous of them. He taught me to be grateful for the little things in my life, things I overlook most days and things I take for granted. He taught me to be true to yourself, and have the courage to admit you're wrong, even if it's a huge mistake. He taught me that every mistake, no matter how huge, can be forgiven if you keep your feelings true. And, obviously, 😏 he taught me to sort my priorities out.
HERMIONE GRANGER - she taught me that it's possible to study hard, have good friends, and be a badass at the same time. She taught me that you should be proud of who you are and you should never change yourself for the sake of a friend, or a boy that you like. She taught me that although it's always good to follow the rules, sometimes it's better, and benefits more people if you break the rules - but with this in mind, she also taught me that there's a time and place to break rules, and that you should think carefully before doing something huge, that could affect yours, and others, lives.
GINNY WEASLEY - she taught me to never give up on love, to keep your feelings true to yourself, to think outside the box and to never think anything is impossible. She taught me to be the master of my own world and never ever give up on the things and people I hold dearest to me. She taught me that not having money and good contacts didn't mean that you can never have the things you want, sometimes it's exactly the opposite. These are just the 'main' characters, I think I'm gonna do some more that just praise all the other characters that haven't been given as much credit as they deserve.
Hope you liked this xx
Love you all x 💜
