Coincidences Dan Howell X Reader

Break in

The next day you, Dan, and Phil helped your mom move in. She had previously told you she didn't need help but you guys insisted an helping her move in. After a long day of moving you, Dan, and Phil decide to go to bed early. Dan comes into the extra bedroom you were staying in.

"You know you can stay in my bedroom if you want." Dan said.

"I know but I just want to be alone tonight." You say sounding a little upset.

"Are you ok you sound a little upset?" Dan asked concern filling his voice.

"Ya I'm fine." You say trying to reassure him.

He nods then leaves the room. You lay in bed just staring at the ceiling. You finally decide you can't sleep and go into the lounge. You turn on the tv and just watch whatevers on. Around 1 a.m. you hear movement outside the door. You run into the kitchen and grab a knife. The door is kicked in and it wakes Dan up. He runs out into the lounge and realizes someone had broken into your guy's flat. He hears you sobbing in the kitchen and runs to you.

"It is ok Y/N someone has broken in but we will be fine." He say reassuring you.

He picks you up and brings you to his room. He puts you on the bed and runs to the kitchen to get a knife to defend himself. When he comes back he finds you under the blanket. He puls back the blanket just enough so he could get into bed. Once he gets into bed he pulls you up to him and holds you close. You finally start to calm down when there is pounding on Dan's door. He signals you to stay quiet and picks you up and you and Dan hide in the closet. The robber breaks into Dan's room and goes to the closet. He opens the closet and you and Dan fall out. He realizes who you guys are says sorry then leaves.

"That was weird." You say shaking furiously.

"Definitely." Dan said.

You and Dan got into bed and he held you in his arms. You realized you felt safe there and you knew you were safe there. You didn't know what you would do if you lost him. You didn't want to think about that because if you lost him your life would be miserable and difficult. Not to mention what would happen to Dan and Phil's combined channel DanandPhilGames and the series Phil Is Not On Fire. The Phandom would be crushed and you and Phil would be too. But you knew you weren't gonna loose him. After all these thoughts you feel into a restless sleep.

In the morning you and Dan told Phil everything that had happened because he heard nothing. After discussing it a little they decided their flat wasn't safe anymore. That afternoon Dan and Phil started looking for new flats. Finally Dan found one two blocks from their current flat. Dan called the relator and set up a walk through tomorrow at 1 p.m. You decided to call your mom and tell her what happened last night. She told you that it was for the best that you guys moved so you were safe. She also said if you don't Dan and Phil's fans could find out and come to your guy's flat. You realized this and that is when you knew it definitely isn't safe for Dan and Phil. You knew they knew this and were making the right choice. Dan realized you were deep in thought and he snapped you out of it.

"Can I talk to you really quick Y/N?" Dan said.

"Ya sure Dan." You say following him to his room.

"Are you sure you are ok from what happened last night?" He asked concern filling his voice.

"Ya I'm sure I'm fine Dan why wouldn't I be." You say reassuring him.

"Well you looked pretty shaken up at breakfast but if you say your fine your fine." He says with relief filling his voice.

He hugs you and you guys stay like that for a while. After you broke apart you and Dan went out into the lounge to play Mariokart 8.

Well this was an eventful chapter. Also it was a longer chapter. I might start writing longer ones it depends on how much time I have.
