Jade x Reader (Short)

You and Jade were on the couch talking with eachother and cracking some jokes from time to time. It was pretty late, so you and Jade were pretty tired, she wanted to stay up a bit longer, but it was getting hard for her to even stay awake. She ends up having to go, due to her sleepiness. But then she went out the door, and it was raining, she then calls one of her parents to pick her up, no response. You had the idea to let her stay over for the night, and she had no other decision, besides, she thought this could be fun to have a sleepover with a friend.

You had to think of somewhere to let Jade sleep. She could sleep on the couch, buts it's too hard and stiff. You thought maybe she could just sleep with you for one night, won't be so bad. You ask her and she seems a bit flustered, but she agrees and you both head to the room. Jade felt really uncomfortable, scratching her neck and not making eye contact with you for long. You also didn't feel very comfortable, you decide to make the whole thing less awkward by starting a conversation. About 10 minutes pass and you both had to decide how ya'll would fit in the bed. Jade said she could just stay near the edge, since that's where she usually likes to be. You agree, and turn off the lights, then finally going to sleep.

It was around 5:30, and the room was getting cold, Jade was fine, it was you that got goosebumps and trembled a little, even with the thick blanket you had. You turn your head to see Jade sleeping near the edge of the bed, her tail dangling off of it. You hesitated, but you reached in to hug her... and her fur was warm and soft, it shocked you actually. You close your eyes and held her close to you, drifting back to sleep.

Jade was slowly starting to wake up, when she opened her eyes, she saw daylight and felt two arms wrapped around her, she gets tense and tilts her head towards a little. She couldn't help but realize how adorable you looked whenever you slept, so she turned towards you, hugged you, and closed her eyes. Then you both woke up, both very embarrassed and flustered. You didn't believe you did that, you regretted it. You covered your blushed up face, and cursed at yourself. Jade just laughed at the behavior, and hugged you, making you remove your hands from your face. She looks up at you, and nuzzles you just the slightest, making a purring sound. You both end up smiling, and hugging eachother. "I love you" She said quietly. "Love you more" you responded, getting a good look at her. "Love you most" you both said in unison, laughing it off and heading out to see the morning dew and warm breeze.

I GOT CHEESY WITH THE ENDING IM SORRY X'DD I still can't believe I wasted 37 minutes of my time to make that like jfc I wanna die. (Also this whole thing was 535 words.)
