I was sleeping so peacefully and then my phone went off . I decided it wasn't important so I left it alone until it went off again.
Lucas: aye meet me at the trap! I got some more info on David . -3:24 a.m
Lucas: sorry somebody had my phone. Gotta go! -3:25 a.m
Me: what the hell are you talking about? and more info on David ? David Stevenson?! -3:26 a.m
Lucas : I said somebody just had my phone! & That's nothing you need to worry about... sleep tight -3:28
Me: I do need to worry about that! Now answer me! -3:28 a.m
Lucas: look we can talk about this tomorrow ok. -3:30
Me: meet me at 1 tomorrow after school at Red Rockets (Idk if that's a real Restaurant lol). -3:30 a.m
Lucas: okay fine . -3:31 a.m *Conversation Over*
I kept thinking about what he just said and I kept trying to tell myself he's not talking about my father! Something wasn't right about that and I'm going to get to the bottom of it .
"Lord Jesus please let him be talking about someone else! I don't wanna show my true colors, at least not yet!" I said aloud . I rolled back over to get more sleep for this 7 o'clock class I had . ---------------------------------------------- * BUZZ , BUZZ , BUZZ *
"Ughhh, 5 more months to go!" I said irritated getting up hitting the alarm. It was now 5:50 and I had to do my morning routine.
After I was done in the bathroom it was now 6:20 and I had to do my makeup. I didn't wanna do a full face because one I wasn't up for all of that & plus I didn't have time.
*Ding*
Stephanie: hey girl, class has been cancelled.
Me: omg are you serious? lol I was almost ready.
Stephanie: girl I was walking out the door and then Tyler texted me. I can get more sleep now lol .
Me: lol well good looking out. Maybe we can hang later.
Stephanie: girl you know I'm free just let me know!
Me: Ok girl, have a good day.
Stephanie: you too . *Conversation Over*
I decided to just go to the library for extra study time. It was now 7:35 and I'm headed to 'Another Broken Egg' for breakfast first.
As I'm pulling up I see a male figure that sorta looks like my father walking to this Audi A4 getting in. Now sometimes I do day dream and see him appear but this was too realistic.
I proceeded to get out of my car and walk into the restaurant. When I walked in all eyes landed on me and if it's something you should know is that I HATE when folks stare!
"HEY, how y'all doing?!" I asked irritated. A couple folks looked away and a few kept staring. This pretty light skin girl came up to me with a menu cheesing.
"Hi I'm Ashley and I'll be your server today, follow me." She said walking me to a booth in the back.
"thank you sweet heart, can I get a water?" I asked .
"Yes ma'am, I'll be right back. Btw You're so pretty!" She said smiling hard.
"Thank you boo and so are you!" I said.
"Thanks and I'll be right back!" She said walking off.
As I'm waiting for my water I scrolled around on Twitter and Instagram. Something caught my eye on some guy name Dman_Derrick's page so I clicked his page. What I saw next made me angry and disappointed.
"ok here you go, ready to order?" She asked.
"Can I have the French toast platter with Eggs and Bacon?" I said.
"Yes ma'am , will that be all?" She asked .
"Yes ma'am." I said.
"Ok your order should be ready shortly!" She said.
"Ok thanks!" I said focusing back on this picture of Derrick holding a stack of Cash with a money clip with the Initials D.S on it. I also noticed his watch had the same thing on it.
When I was younger I carved D.S on my fathers money clip and colored the letters Black. Also around the same time it was Christmas and I got him a watch with DS in the inside.
"Karmen you're just over reacting!" I said aloud.
"Excuse me ma'am here's your food!" Ashley said.
"Thank you!" I said .
"Let me know if you need something else!" She said .

Amber: ok boo . -8:51 am *Conversation OVER* ---------------------------------------------- "So you mean to tell me that Derrick that goes to Spelman also, hangs with Lucas possibly killed your father?" Amber asked shocked.
"I don't wanna assume but right now my fingers are pointing towards him!" I said.
"We need to lurk a little more before assuming ok?" She asked.
"Yea I guess you're right but I'm meeting with Lucas at 1 are Red Rocket." I said semi smiling.
"What Yall meeting for?" She asked .
"We weren't suppose to meet but we decided to anyway .. He wants me to be his date Friday!" I said smiling.
"I knew you would start falling for him!" She said laughing.
"Yea yea whatever, I think I'm going to home. Not really in the mood to study anymore!" I said standing up.
"Alright now but we have a test Friday so be ready!" She said pushing her glasses up.
"You know I stay ready." I said walking off .
I wasn't too much worried about that test Friday even though today was Wednesday. I decided to go home and chill until 1, I need answers!
