My phone began going off. I looked at the time and almost fell out of my bed. It was 3:00. I jumped out my bed and threw myself in the shower. That was fastest shower I've ever taken in my life. When I got out I put my hair in a braid, and grabbed some jean shorts and a white tee. I looked at the time and it was around 4:00.
I had a little time, so I grabbed an apple and some water and ate that before leaving my room. While eating I heard a knock at my door. I was praying that it wasn't Jungkook. I looked out the peep hole and saw that it was Rocky. I opened the door with a huge smile. "Hey," He simply said smiling.
"Hey." I said returning the smile. "Are you ready to go?" He asked me sweetly. "Yeah just let me get my phone." I said going to my room. I looked and my phone had three missed calls from Jungkook, so I just deleted them and went back to Rocky. "Alright let's go." I said and he closed the door and locked it for me.
When we reached the bottom floor, I saw PD-nim. "Palli, Paige and Rocky!" We ran to him and he put us on the bus. Of course, Rocky and I sat together. I saw Jungkook and he was just smirking. "Are you excited?" Rocky broke the silence. "Very. I love my makeup/ stylist artist, she's amazing." I said smiling trying to forget about Jungkook.

We finally got the M Countdown stage area and started getting ready. Unni dressed me in jean shorts, a red flannel wrapped around my waist, a destroyed tee, a leather jacket over it, and black tights underneath the shorts.

I thanked my Unni, and started heading to Astro's room. As I was about to get to Astro's room, I bumped into someone. "Mien." I said apologizing. "Hey, you're the new girl." I chuckled at that name. "Yeah, I guess you could say that, and you're that guy from Day6." I said mimicking his ways.
He chuckled, he has such a pretty smile. Stop you have a boyfriend!!!!!!! We stood there in silence just looking at each other, then the door to Astro's room opened. I turned to find Moonbin smiling towards me. "Hey Paige, Rocky's back there." I smiled and bowed to Jae from Day6. He returned the favor and went on his way.
"Hey baby." Rocky came up to me and kissed me on the forehead. "Hey," I giggled. "We gotta go to the practice rooms and rehearse." I told him softly. We walked out together, hand in hand, and went to the practice room. "Ok, so we both need chairs right?" I asked him sweetly. He didn't answer me. So I turned around and he was face to face with me.
"Babe," I was really confused. He then kissed me, and I wrapped my arms around his neck. He then deepened the kiss and wrapped his arms around my waist. I pulled away, and looked at him with concern. "What's wrong?" "I don't know, but I just want you to myself. No one else could have you, just me." He said putting our foreheads together.
"You'll forever have me. I'm not gonna let anyone come between us." I said kissing him again. "Good." He smiled at me and then hugged me. "Come on let's rehearse." I said and set everything up.
Jungkook's POV
I got to the M Countdown area and I decided to go to the practice room to dance. I see Rocky and Paige setting up chairs. I look right at Rocky, and he sees me. He smirks and I hear Paige say something. He didn't answer her. She turned around and they were so close to each other. He kissed her and I immediately left.
Paige's POV
"It's time for you two to get ready on stage." Unni says to us during our mini rehearsal. Rocky and I walked out hand in hand, and head to the stage. The lights were dark so we walked on the stage in the position we needed for the song.

Once the song finished, the crowd roared. I was so happy that everyone was happy that we sang for them. The minute Rocky and I got off stage, he picked me up and hugged me. "Can you stop with the PDA for once?" I turn around and see Jungkook with an annoyed expression. "Can you not be an ass for once?" I said returning his exact expression.
"Maybe, if you didn't move out and into the Penthouse in Big Hit." My eyes widened, how the hell did he find that out?! "You can thank your boyfriend for that information." He smirked and walked off. "What?" I said turning to look at Rocky. "You told him where I'm staying?!!" I yelled at him. People stopped and stared at us, but I didn't really care. "It was an accident." He simply said panicking.
I just scoffed and walked off. He grabbed my hand, but I pulled it out of his reach. I'm happy that the stage was over. I could have about 10 minutes of alone time. How could Rocky do this to me? I've done nothing, but show him affection. I've been so nice. "Paige?" "Go away!" I yelled from the inside. "It's Jae." My eyes widened.
I wiped my tears and walked to the door. "Yes," I said lowering my head. "What happened? I heard you scream at Rocky and I was so confused." He said sounding super concerned. "I just got some bad news is all. You can go now." I said trying to close the door, but he stopped me. "Paige, I know we just met but talk to me." I couldn't hold it in any longer, and I just started crying hard.
Jae pulled me into a hug and his embrace was just comforting. I cried and cried, and I didn't know if I could stop. "It's ok." Is all he said to me. "It's time to go." A director of the show comes and tells us. "Hey, we have to go, but you can stand next to me. I don't care what he did, I just don't want you to look like you've been hit by a thousand trucks." I giggled at his little joke.
"That's better. Now dry the tears and lets go." He smiled to me. Jae and I walked out and I saw Rocky. I just looked down, because I wanted to have nothing to do with him.

I was so shocked. I went out and grabbed my flowers and trophy. I started to cry, but I went to go hug Jae. My song played and I started to sing, while all the confetti fell. I still thought, I might've won but I've also lost.
