After awhile Justin was feeling better. He made another trip to the house. This time he realized that the door was unlocked. And the window had tape all over it. That was.. Odd. He went inside and saw that the glass was cleaned up, but all he blood was still stained in the carpet. Justin slowly explored all the rooms again. There really wasn't much here. But someone had obviously been there while he was at home. Perhaps this wasn't a home, but a hangout to someone? That sounded like a good idea. To have this place as a hangout. A nice, quiet, secluded area where no one could bother him. No siblings to annoy him. No friends to blow up his phone. No parents to yell about chores. He liked the idea and decided that's exactly what he was going to do. Starting with a small nap on the couch.

When Justin woke up it was getting late. He accidentally slept through the entire rest of the day. He needed to get home, and quick. As he was walking home the wind picked up. He started getting really cold. It was pretty quiet except for the crunch of sticks and leaves under his feet. Then he could hear the coyotes howling in the distance. That sparked enough fear to pick up the pace. He heard it again but.. Closer. And again, closer. Justine panicked and sprinted as fast as he could all the way home. He ran inside and slammed the door shut, locking it. He ran to his room and laid down. He forced himself to calm down. He was fine, he was safe. For now.
