the time came, for junhui to come back to korea. he negotiated a time for him and minghao to meet, which has led up to minghao sitting at a cafe booth, sipping a coffee. the employees are giving him sympathetic looks, thinking he got stood up by his partner, which to be fair, he wouldnt be surprised. junhui was now 40 minutes late, and there was no sign of him coming.

minghao rolls his eyes, and gets up, leaving a tip for the employee and gets his stuff, leaving the cafe. walking down the block, making his way back to his apartment, still shared with soonyoung, he pulls out his phone, and pulls up his texts with junhui. he makes sure he had the times right, which he did, in fact, and types out a text, quite short and sweet.
