It was a sunny day in Sweet Apple Acres the sun was high up in the sky and there was not a cloud in sight. Bright Mac looked out his bedroom window. In the distance he could just see where the other farm in Ponyville should of been. This farm belonged to the pair family. Bright Mac lived in the apple farm and there was a big fued with the apples and the pairs. That was when a blue bird flew inside his bedroom window. The bird was carrying some sort of note. The bird dropped the note and Bright Mac unscrowled it to see what it said. He looked down at the note the note read:

Meet me at the town Square

Pear butter

Bright Mac then raced to the town Square. When he reached the fountain he sore Pear Butter sitting on the side. Bright Mac sat down beside her and asked why she wanted him to meet her up. Pear butter then explained how her family wanted her to visit them. Pear butters family used to live on the opposite side of Sweet Apple acres but the pair family moved to Manehatten because of the fued. Pair butter decided to stay with the apple family because she was madly in love with Bright Mac and he was in love with her as well. Pear butter explained that when she woke up she found a note on her bed to say that her family wanted her to visit. Pear butter asked Bright Mac if he could go with her to Manehatten. Bright Mac nodded and went to head back to Sweet Apple Acres to tell Granny Smith were he would be. Pear butter emediatly explained that Granny should not know where he was because Granny would not let him go. That was why she asked him to meet her in Ponyville instead of the barn incase Granny heard. With that the two of them trotted to the train station and got on to the train.

They could just see Manehatten in the distance. Manehatten was a big city filled with many different kinds of ponies. They walked of the train and Pear butter showed Bright Mac the way to the house that her family was staying in. When the got there Pear butter knocked on the door, they waited for a couple of seconds until she knocked again still nobody answered. Bright Mac then tried and the door slowly opened by itself.
The pair looked inside nobody was home. They looked around the house and Pair butter found a note on the table saying that her family had gone out and will be back in a bit. The pair sat down and watched TV for a bit. It was not long after when Bright Mac could smell the strangest smell. He asked Pair butter if she could smell something wierd. She stuck her muzzle in the air and took a sniff. She could smell something funny as well. Pair butter got up and followed the smell into the kitchen. She opened all the cupboard and then in one of the cupboards was a flame of fire! The house was going to catch on fire!

It was then when the fire began to spread even more. Pair butter called out for Bright Mac before falling on the floor. Bright Mac rushed in for the rescue. He picked her up and placed her on is back. He then began to run he ran past the flames and out of the house. He stood there watching in horror as the building collapsed. He then rushed to hospital and went back home leaving Pair butter at the hospital.

When pair butter woke up later that day she was relieved that she was still alive. She was also relieved when the nurse told her that Bright Mac was alive too. The nurse told her that she needed some rest so Pair butter closed her eyes and drifted of to sleep. The next morning Bright Mac woke up a rushed off straight to the hospital. He had brought some flowers as well. When he got to the hospital he found Pair butter fast asleep in the bed, but Bright Mac did not know she was asleep. He looked around the room there was not a nurse in sight. He called Pair butters name out a few times but she did not wake up. At that point Bright Mac thought that she must of died. Bright Mac began to cry and and then quickly made his decision. He ran off and snuck in the nurses room and grabbed a sharp blade. He then went back to Pair butters room and stabbed the blade into his stomach. He then fell on the ground. When Pair butter woke up later on she found Bright Mac on the floor. She could not believe it. She then ran out of the hospital and went to a pony in a alleyway. She begged him to let her have a gun. The pony refused at first but in the end he gave in. Pair butter then rushed off back to the hospital and pointed the gun to her head. Then everyone in the hospital heard the sound of a gun shot and ran off to Pair butters room. When they went inside they found Pair butter and Bright Mac on the floor.
