Fluttershy POV
It was Art class. Mr Tonifield had assigned us in group of 3. I was with Pinkie Pie and Big mac. The assignment given out is to create a poster on how to save the environment.
It was the last period and soon the bell rang.
"Let's go finish the project at Cheese's House." Pinkie clasped her hands together.
We got into Cheese car Pinkie borrowed and she drove us to his house. I looked at Big mac,he is my Soulmate. Though it is weird as we're been hiding it for 1 month now. I was afraid if Applejack doesn't approves that I am his Soulmate.
This situation is the same as Spike and Rarity, Twilight was very angry and threw him out of the Library. We got in Sugarcube Corner and went up the stairs. Pinkie pie bring us drinks and we began to start the project.
Pinkie took a pink vanguard sheet and wrote the topic in big curly fonts. We drew a mindmap on how to save the environment by switching of electric appliances when not in use and use machines that have Environmental Stamp Of Approval as it saves more electricity.
I glanced at Big Mac once in a while as this mate bond is pulling me to him and I can't help it but to shiftcloser to him. Big Mac squeezed my hand below the table . We have no choice but to keep it a secret.
Luckily, Pinkie Pie didn't notice our interaction and continue with the project. We gave ideas to help her out without her noticing. We were passing notes below the table,so she couldn't see. We finished the project and there's only one or two more things left to do.
Pinkie searched a picture of the Environmental Stamp Of Approval,light bulb and a airconditioner. She printed it out and we paste with glue on the space we left.
The front doors clicked and I heard footsteps nearing our direction. Pinkie Pie's ears perked up and her eyes shot with excitment. It was Cheese. Cheese hugged Pinkie Pie tightly and hold her in his arms against his chest. Pinkie Pie giggled at the sudden attention.
I wished I have a relationship like that. I glanced at Big Mac. He looked guilty. He knows he couldn't announce to everyone that I was His and He was Mine. I sighed in my heart and only hope that it will come true.
We said our goodbyes and head home.
Twilight POV
"Ms Sparkle, Congratulations!" His voice boomed and shook my hand.
The photographer took the picture of me and I smiled from ear to ear. I was holding a Certificate Of Appreciation.
I walked down the platform the Certificate in my hands. I sat back in my seat and look at the Certificate with my printed name on it.
I didn't realise my parents are here and I quickly found in their warm embrace. Mother was crying. Father was really proud of me and pat my head,his eyes pricked.
"Why are you crying?" My eyes pricked.
"These are tears of joy,Twilight." Mother wiped her face with a hankerchief, her eyes were red.
Seeing my parents happy for my made me want to shed tears of joy too for them being so proud of me. My heart was filled up with love and happiness.
"Thank you mum,thank you dad, I love you." I laughed and wiped my tear stained face.
We got out of the assembly hall and got in the car. Father started the engine and we drove home .
"Mother,Father what are you doing here?" I asked.
"We wouldn't miss it for the world." Father said.
"Thank you, though you shouldn't waste your time to visit me all the way to ponyville." I said.
"Visiting our daughter is not a waste of time, we want to see how you're doing without us." Father chuckled.
"Sorry i got it the wrong way." I hung my head.
"Eventhough there are a few priorities you and your brother is our first, and we will make time for you two." Father explained.
We reached our driveway and Father off the engine and we got out of the car.
I unlock the front door and we head to the living room. I made coffee for Father and tea for Mother. I sat down,expecting them to say something.
"Twilight,I'm sorry we have to return to work and we got a meeting at Canterlot." Mother spoke guiltily.
"It's alright, I know you're busy." I said sadly.
"How is Spike doing?" Father glanced at me and mother.
"He's alright, He got a Mate now,Rarity." I replied looking at the wooden door.
"How'd you handle it?" Mother's head edge foward.
"Not that good, but i accepted it and let it go." I begin to fidget with my legs.
Mother glanced at Father and did an internal sigh, Father nodded and took a deep breath.
"Sorry twilight we visit you next time and we'll stay here." Father convinced me.
"Sure, bye mommy bye daddy." Twilight stood up and hugged her parents tightly.
She watched her parents got into their car and drove away untill they are tiny dots on the driveway. She sighed and shut the front door. She go to the second floor and go into her bedroom. She finishes her homework and pack her bag for the following day.
She need to go somewhere to clear her mind.Forget about her parents in Canterlot,Forget about her friends and Forget about everything. She need to clear her mind from all the stress and problems. She decided to go to the park for a walk and take in fresh air .
She took a sling bag and stuff in her favourite book,wallet,handphone,water bottle and she bought a paper lunch bag with a loaf of bread for the ducks. She took her creme coat and creme hat since its chilly outside.She got out of the house and lock the door. She walk to the park not far away from her house.
When she reached the entrance of the park . She walked,following the path. She sat on a bench and took the fresh air in . She headed towards the small bridge where the ducks swam. Suddenly, she was hit by a mouth-watering smell. The smell was lovely. Whoever's scent it is, she knows that is her mate. She turned her head to the right and saw the popular boy, Flash Sentry.
He was her mate! The feeling was overwhelming when she finally found her mate. He walked closer. Her heart skipped a beat. A smile was plastered on his face. His features were amazing. His blue hair,his handsome jaw and amazing eyes. She could just lost herself in his eyes.
"Mate." His voice growled.
He brushed his thumb against my cheek and i felt electricity low through. For that moment only, She only saw him and only him. He was perfect. I rested my head on his chest. I felt safe and loved. I finally found my other half.
Pinkie Pie POV
I changed into my Pink dress and put on light makeup. I wore my earrings and shoes and I bought a pink purse along with me. Cheese is going to be my date,since he is my Soulmate. I wait in the living room. He went into the room, He was wearing a casual button up shirt with long pants and a blazer.
I took his arm and he open the door for me and I sat in the car. We drove to the party and the girls agreed to meetup together at the front yard of the party house. I got out of the car with my hand clung on to Cheese's arm.
I saw all my five friends and hugged them tightly. They look gorgeous.
"Let's PARTAY!" I shouted and giggled.
We went in the house and saw Sunset Shimmer flooded with boys around her. When we all got in, the dresses we wore shone and their heads turn. People gather around us especially boys. Some of the boys looked at me and smirked. I waved with my fingertips . Cheese saw the boys staring and he growled and clenched his hands into a ball. The boys backed away an walked another direction.
We drank sasparrilla,ate fondues with fruits and marshmallows. We danced to the music together till our legs are sore. I checked the time it was 10.34 pm. I yawned. Me and the girls went in the Limo and head back to our respectives houses and went to sleep.
